Treću godinu zaredom, Poljoprivredno savetodavna i stručna služba Užice uspešno organizuje i sprovodi petodnevnu obuku, edukaciju o rezidbi voća, za poljoprivredne proizvođače, ali i sve ostale zainteresovane. Škola se sastojala iz dva dela,
teorijskih predavanja i praktične rezidbe. Potreba za edukacijom o rezidbi voća javila se iz prostog razloga što na teritoriji Užičkog kraja postoji veliki broj zasada kao i pojedinačnih stabala različitih voćnih vrsta, a kvalifikovanih rezača je veoma mali broj kaže Andrija Radulović, savetinik za voćarstvo Poljoprivredno savetodavna i stručna služba Užice i dodaje: -Imamo
desetak polaznika koji su prošli teoretski deo i sada prolaze praktični deo
obuke. Održali smo ta dva dana teoretskog dela kod nas u Sali i ljudi su imali
priliku da čuju ono što je trebalo da saznaju u vezi fiziologije rezidbe i
svega onoga što prati praktičan rad rezidbe. Polaznici
škole orezivanja voća imaju osnovna znanja o rezidbi, a za sve proizvođače je
važno da shvate značaj rezidbe. Neophodna su teorijska znanja, ali i da se sami
lično upoznaju sa tehnikom rezidbe uz pomoć stručnog lica. Mirko
Rakić iz Užica ima zasad od 1000 stabala kruške viljamovke u Zaglavku kod
Kadinjače. Ali on zna da je lični rad i sopstveno iskustvo najbolja škola, i
zato se, da bi osvežio i proširio svoje znanje, i prijavio se za ovu edukaciju: -Poštao
sam na ovaj kurs da malo naučim pravo rezanje, do sada sam to radio u svojoj
režiji , pratio sam malo literature, malo video zapisa, kako se reže ali mislim
da to nije dovoljno. Mirko
je prvi put u školi orezivanja i kaže da je dosta toga naučio, od istorijata
rezidbe, vrstama rodnih grana i grančica, pravilnosti rezidbe, rezackom alatu,
specifičnostima rezidbe i drugo. Svojim kolegama voćarima savetuje
da se isključivo pridržavaju struke. Samo tako će naučiti kako da dobiju bolje
i kvalitetnije plodove i da ih održavaju u uspravom položaju. Značajno je napomenuti kako rekoše stručnjaci
iz Poljoprivredno savetodave I stručne služba Užice, da je rezidba
pomotehnička mera koja je vremenski ograničena i ne obavlja se cele godine. I
za nju je važno poštovanje optimalnih rokova kao i za sve poljoprivredne
radove. Nakon uspešno završene edukacije svi polaznici dobijaju
potvrdu koja im se izdaje kao dokaz uspešnog pohađanja obuke.
