NOVA vlada Srbije biće formirana početkom septembra, nakon važnih razgovora u Americi i sedištu EU o Kosovu i Metohiji – saznaju nezvanično “Novosti”.

Predsednik Aleksandar Vučić juče je rekao da razmišlja o dva koncepta pri formiranju novog ministarskog tima, od kojih jedan podrazumeva prostu koaliciju SNS sa jednom političkom partijom, dok bi po drugom bila formirana “neka vrsta koncentracione vlade”. Predsednik je otkrio i da je bliži konceptu proste koalicije sa jednom partijom, ali nije želeo da precizira o kojoj se stranci radi. Kako otkrivaju izvori “Novosti”, toj poziciju su, gotovo sa podjednakim šansama, najbliži socijalisti i SPAS Aleksandra Šapića i ako prevagne ova varijanta neće se znati do poslednjeg časa koja od ove dve opcije ide u Nemanjinu 11.

– Bliži sam tom konceptu, ali ću još da merim. Drugi koncept se odnosi na neku vrstu koncentracione vlade i to zbog situacije oko Kosova i Metohije, drugog talasa virusa korona koji se očekuje na jesen i neophodnosti da se izborimo sa problemima koje stvara svetska ekonomska kriza – obrazložio je svoje dileme predsednik Srbije.

Vučić je naveo i da se u formiranju vlade ne bavi matematikom već politkom i da gleda šta će da se dešava u Evropi i svetu kako bi našao najbolje rešenje za Srbiju. Lista predvođena naprednjacima je na parlamentarnim izborima 21. juna ubedljivo pobedila sa 60,65 odsto, odnosno 188 mandata, što im omogućava i da sami formiraju vladu. U parlament su ušle još samo dve većinske liste – SPS i Jedinstvena Srbija sa 32 mandata, kao i SPAS Aleksandra Šapića sa 11 poslanika.

Iz ovih stranaka poručuju da čekaju poziv za naredni krug razgovora i da je odluka o sastavu buduće vlade na Vučiću i SNS. Potpredsednica socijalista Slavica Đukić Dejanović ponovila je juče da je SPS spreman da nastavi aktivnosti u kojima je u poslednjih osam godina učestvovao zajedno sa naprednjacima:

– Zaista ne znam na koga je predsednik mislio kada je rekao da je bliži konceptu formiranja vlade sa još samo jednom partijom u koaliciji. Još nije bilo nikakvih konkretnih razgovora sa SPS o zajedničkom formiranju vlade. SNS se nalazi u delikatnoj situaciji upravo zbog toga što ima ogromnu većinu u parlamentu. Podela odgovornosti, zbog vremena koje je pred nama, takva je da iziskuje da se više puta meri a jednom preseče. Kadrovski potencijal nije problem, ali se razmišlja o konceptu i o tome ko će biti u vladi, šta je za Srbiju najbolje.

Inače, zakonski rok za formiranje vlade je 90 dana od konstituisanja novog saziva parlamenta. Poslanici su položili zakletvu 3. avgusta, što znači da novi ministri moraju da uđu u Nemanjinu najkasnije 2. novembra.

ALEKSANDAR Šapić, lider SPAS, kaže, za “Novosti”, da još čeka poziv za novi sastanak sa predsednikom:

– Nismo se još videli, a kada će to biti, ne zavisi od mene. Ima dosta stvari koje se paralelno dešavaju, država mora da funkcioniše i na Vučiću je da odredi termin susreta zbog obaveza koje ima. Bilo bi malo arogantno i prepotentno da mi to sad namećemo. Sve što sam o eventualnom ulasku SPAS u vladu imao da kažem, rekao sam, treba sačekati da se zvanično završe svi razgovori.
