Svečanom sednicom Skupštine opštine i uručenjem priznanja u Lučanima je proslavljen Dan opštine. Zaslužnim pojedincima i organizacijama uručene su nagrade : Povelja,,10.jun”, Plaketa ,,10.jun”, Priznanje ,,10.jun” i zvanje Počasnog građanina opštine Lučani. Zbog vanredne situacije koja je uvedena u Dragačevu usled poplava, Dan opštine proslavljen je skromno uz ocenu da su bez obzira na okolnosti nagrade apsolutno zaslužene.
Najviše priznanje Povelju ,,10.jun ” dobio je mr Radoš Milovanović, direktor namenske industrije ,,Milan Blagojević”. Zvanje Počasni građanin opštine Lučani poneo je Tomo Čolović, penzionisani zastavnik, koji živi u Nišu,a rodom je iz Kaone.
Priznanja ,, 10. jun” dobile su učenice Jana Domanović iz OŠ ,,Akademik Milenko Šušić” iz Guče i Aleksandra Mečanin, iz srednje škole ,,Dragačevo” u Guči, profesorka srpskog jezika Jovana Radonjić iz iste škole i Marija Jakšić, nastavnica francuskog jezika iz Čačka, kao i Milovan Popović , predstavnik MZ Milatovići. Plaketu ,,10. jun” dobili su dr Miroljub Milosavljević, lekar iz Čačka, dr Radomir Aničić iz Beograda i novinarska sekcija Osnovne škole ,,Milan Blagojević” Lučani.
Dobitnicima priznanja u ime opštine Lučani čestitao je zamenik predsednika opštine Miloš Jovičić. Jovičić je rekao da se još uvek radi na proceni štete i da su ekipe neprekidno na terenu.
Dan opštine Lučani , 10. jun , obeležava se u znak sećanja na žrtve koje su položile svoje živote 10. juna 1815. godine , odnosno na pobedu u Rtarima u Drugom srpskom ustanku kada je započeto oslobađenje Dragačeva.
