Otkriven spomenik Stefanu Nemanji

U centru Beograda, kod bivše Železničke stanice, otkriven je spomenik Stefanu Nemanji, velikom županu i jednom od najvećih srpskih vladara. Predsednik Aleksandar Vučić je poručio da je od Stefana Nemanje pa do danas srpski narod državootvorni narod.”Bez svesti da je postojao neko pre nas, ko je imao snove koje mi danas živimo, nijedan san o budućnosti nije moguć”, istakao je predsednik.

Spomenik Stefanu Nemanji koji je otkriven na Savskom trgu, delo je ruskog vajara Aleksandra Rukavišnjikova.

Stefan Nemanja stoji na vizantijskom šlemu. U jednoj ruci drži mač, a u drugoj Hilandarsku povelju.

Spomenik je visok 23 metra i težak 68 tona.  

Predsednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić je rekao da je mesto na kojem se otkriva spomenik često izazivalo stid kod mnogih, da je bilo neuređeno i prljavo i da je predstavljalo sramotu za grad i zemlju.

Kako je istakao, ponosan je jer stoji naspram Nemanjine ulice koja ide ka Hramu Svetog Save,

Ističe da je to najlepši pravoslavni hram na svetu, i kao što je on izgrađen, tako će biti obnovljen Hilandar i cela Srbija.

Kada je reč o spomeniku Stefanu Nemanji, poručio je da se “pitamo da li je kolosalnih 24 metra možda premalo”.

Dodao je da je Nemanja, da bi izrastao u Simeona, prvo morao da se odrekne vlasti da bi postao sveti.

“Da je Srbima podario samo Svetog Savu, samo Stefana Prvovenčanog… a podarivši obojicu podario nam je Srbiju jaku, centralizovanu, koja je umela da nađe svoj prostor između istoka i zapada”, rekao je Vučić.

Rekao je da spomenik predstavlja Stefana Nemanju kao odlučnog vladara koji drži mač u desnoj ruci, a Hilandarsku povelju u levoj.

“Od njega pa do danas smo državotvorni narod. Tim mačem pravio je i gradio, zatim čuvao Srbiju”, rekao je predsednik Vučić.

Kako je dodao, do Nemanje smo imali kulturu oponašanja i prevođenja, a od njega imamo kulturu kreacije, gradnje i pisanja.

Ukazao je da današnja ceremonija nije samo čin otkrivanja spomenika, već čin polaganja računa o sebi i svom identitetu.

“Stajati ovde znači pokajanje za sve godine tokom kojih smo ga zaboravili, ali i svest da smo konačno otkrili koren iz koga je nastalo najlepše drvo koje se zove Srbija”, naveo je Vučić.

Rekao je da je spomenik veliki jer je “priča o nama velika, težak jer je priča o nama često teška, lep koliko je priča o nama bila lepa”.

“Spomenik je pre svega priča o nama, ko smo bili, gde smo bili, šta smo radili i najviše šta smo danas i šta hoćemo da budemo”, naveo je predsednik.

Ističe da, kao što je Nemanja gradi zadužbine, mi danas moramo da gradimo svesni da je naša sadašnjost zadužbina naše budućnosti.

Vučić je rekao da “bez svesti da je postojao neko pre nas, ko je imao snove koje mi danas živimo, nijedan san o budućnosti nije moguć”.  

Na svečanosti je izveden prigodni umetnički program. Muzičari obučeni u srednjovekovnu odeću izveli su muziku koja podseća na to vreme, a u ulozi velikog župana Stefana Nemanje nastupio je glumac Nebojša Kundačina. 

Svečanosti na Savskom trgu prisustvuju predsednik Aleksandar Vučić, premijerka Ana Brnabić, predsednik parlamenta Ivica Dačić, ministri u Vladi Srbije, predsedavajući Predsedništva BiH Milorad Dodik, gradonačelnik Beograda Zoran Radojičić, zamenik gradonačelnika Goran Vesić, velikodostojnici Srpske pravoslavne crkve…

Tu je i ambasador Rusije u Beogradu Aleksandar Bocan-Harčenko, predstavnici diplomatskog kora, gradonačelnik Banjaluke Draško Stanivuković, lideri Demokratskog fronta Andrija Mandić i Milan Knežević i predsednik Demokratske partije Srba u Makedoniji i poslanik u Sobranju Ivan Stojiljković.

Kako je patrijarh Irinej govorio o Stefanu Nemanji

Pušten je i video-snimak sa rečima patrijarha Irineja, koji je nedavno preminuo. On je smatrao da je Stefan Nemanja bio veliki državnik.

“Možda među vodećim državnicima tog vremena, On je znao šta je značila crkva za jedan narod.”

Kako je govorio patrijarh Irinej, kada je Sveti Sava pozvao Nemanju da dođe u Vatoped, tada je on svoje mišljenje prenosio sinu.

Predsednik Vučić je zahvalio patrijarhu Irineju za sve “što je uradio i što nas je gurao i hrabrio da radimo velike stvari”.

Kako je patrijarh Irinej govorio o Stefanu Nemanji

Pušten je i video-snimak sa rečima patrijarha Irineja, koji je nedavno preminuo. On je smatrao da je Stefan Nemanja bio veliki državnik.

“Možda među vodećim državnicima tog vremena, On je znao šta je značila crkva za jedan narod.”

Kako je govorio patrijarh Irinej, kada je Sveti Sava pozvao Nemanju da dođe u Vatoped, tada je on svoje mišljenje prenosio sinu.

Predsednik Vučić je zahvalio patrijarhu Irineju za sve “što je uradio i što nas je gurao i hrabrio da radimo velike stvari”.
