U planinskim selima kuršumlijske opštine privodi se kraju berba malina. Za razliku od prethodnih godina, proizvođači su zadovoljni otkupnom cenom, koja je veća od 400 dinara za kilogram. Dodatnih 80 dinara sleduje onima koji je uzgajaju na organski način, a takvih je u Toplici sve više. Zahvaljujući povoljnim klimatskim uslovima, u gotovo netaknutoj prirodi u selu Igrištu, već desetak godina, na više od stotinu hektara uzgaja se malina bez upotrebe pesticida. “Prvenstveno mogu da kažem da je to prosto zato što je tu prirodno stanište, jer vi svud kad krenete tu, po tim šumskim putevima, ima da nađete divlju malinu koja je izuzetno rodila”, rekla je Radica Jevremović iz Igrišta. Arsenije Todorović, iz Igrišta navodi da je organska malina 20 procenata skuplja. “Imamo zagarantovanu cenu i malinu dolaze na parceli da kupuju. Njihov je prevoz i uslovi su odlični”, naveo je Todorović. Za kilogram ove maline otkupljivači plaćaju 500 dinara, a kompletan ovogodišnji rod izvoze. Malina iz Igrišta osvojila je evropsko tržište. Njenom cenom zadovoljni su i proizvođači i izvoznici. Igrištani kažu da prvi put ove godine nemaju problema ni sa beračima. Ima ih dovoljno jer može dobro da se zaradi. “Sve zavisi ko kako bere, tri i po do četiri hiljade. Sve dok čekam neki posao rešio sam da pomognem svojim roditeljim, a i sam volim da radim”, naveo je Marko Jović iz Kuršumlije. Suzana Tomić iz Kuršumlije kaže da jeste vruće, ali da nije mnogo teško izdržati po ovoj vrućini. “Mnogo je lakše nego dole u gradu. Ovo je velika nadmorska visina i mnogo se lakše podnosi ova vrelina”, ističe Tomićeva. Opština Kuršumlija subvencioniše organsku proizvodnju izdvajajući iz budžeta 20 miliona dinara godišnje. “Ali smo zadnjih godina krenuli da radimo i ulagnje u preradne kapacitete da bi imali jedan konačni proizvod, da bi naravno naši poljoprivrednici ostvarili veću cenu i bolji plasman”, rekao je Jovica Đinović iz Poljoprivredne službe SO Kuršumlija.
