Udarne rupe na srpskim putevima su vremenom postale nešto sasvim uobičajeno pa se oko toga više niko preterano ne uzbuđuje, ni građani ni nadležni zaduženi za održavanje puteva, naročito ako je reč o lokalmim putevima koji više podsećaju na staze za reli, nego na saobraćajnice na kojima se obavlja transport putnika i robe. Tu i tamo neko ko ne može da se pomiri sa ovom činjenicom medijima dostavi fotografije tih rupa koje mnoge asociraju na kratere nastale kao posledica bombardovanja.

Jedan takav krater već mesecima zjapi na mostu kojim svakodnevno na hiljade Čačana prelazi preko Zapadne Morave put Ljubića ili u suprotnom smeru, a koji su podsećanja radi napravili nemački zarobljenici odmah posle Drugog svetskog rata. Začuđuje da u ovaj krater koji je toliko dubok da se u njemu vidi armatura još niko nije upao i oštetio automobil ili se povredio budući da nisu retki oni vozači automobila i motocikala koji u kasnim noćnim satima umeju da preko mosta voze znatno većom brzinom od propisane.

Na drugoj strani sudeći na osnovu ignorantskog odnosa vlasti čini se da nadležni čekaju da neko nastrada ili ošteti vozilo pa da se pozabave ovim problemom. Nema sumnje da će predstavnici lokalne vlasti, koja će između ostalog ostati upamćena po basnoslovno skupom behatoniranju kafanskih bašti, koje neki pretenciozno nazivaju i Gradskom plažom, reći kako ulice Bate Jankovića i Milenka Nikšića predstavljaju deo regionalne saobraćajnice za čije održavanje nije zadužena lokalna samouprava već Putevi Srbije. Što i nije neka uteha Čačanima koji svakodnevno prelaze preko mosta i koji se neprestano pitaju gde odlazi novac koji se preko registracije vozila izdvaja za održavanje puteva kada nadležni nisu u stanju da saniraju ili ih jednostavno ne interesuje krater koji se nalazi na nekoliko stotina metara od centra grada čije se napredne vlasti neprestano diče nemerljivim uspesima.

Udarne rupe na srpskim putevima su vremenom postale nešto sasvim uobičajeno pa se oko toga više niko preterano ne uzbuđuje, ni građani ni nadležni zaduženi za održavanje puteva, naročito ako je reč o lokalmim putevima koji više podsećaju na staze za reli, nego na saobraćajnice na kojima se obavlja transport putnika i robe. Tu i tamo neko ko ne može da se pomiri sa ovom činjenicom medijima dostavi fotografije tih rupa koje mnoge asociraju na kratere nastale kao posledica bombardovanja.

Jedan takav krater već mesecima zjapi na mostu kojim svakodnevno na hiljade Čačana prelazi preko Zapadne Morave put Ljubića ili u suprotnom smeru, a koji su podsećanja radi napravili nemački zarobljenici odmah posle Drugog svetskog rata. Začuđuje da u ovaj krater koji je toliko dubok da se u njemu vidi armatura još niko nije upao i oštetio automobil ili se povredio budući da nisu retki oni vozači automobila i motocikala koji u kasnim noćnim satima umeju da preko mosta voze znatno većom brzinom od propisane.

Na drugoj strani sudeći na osnovu ignorantskog odnosa vlasti čini se da nadležni čekaju da neko nastrada ili ošteti vozilo pa da se pozabave ovim problemom. Nema sumnje da će predstavnici lokalne vlasti, koja će između ostalog ostati upamćena po basnoslovno skupom behatoniranju kafanskih bašti, koje neki pretenciozno nazivaju i Gradskom plažom, reći kako ulice Bate Jankovića i Milenka Nikšića predstavljaju deo regionalne saobraćajnice za čije održavanje nije zadužena lokalna samouprava već Putevi Srbije. Što i nije neka uteha Čačanima koji svakodnevno prelaze preko mosta i koji se neprestano pitaju gde odlazi novac koji se preko registracije vozila izdvaja za održavanje puteva kada nadležni nisu u stanju da saniraju ili ih jednostavno ne interesuje krater koji se nalazi na nekoliko stotina metara od centra grada čije se napredne vlasti neprestano diče nemerljivim uspesima.
