U Lučanima je danas održana sednica Skupštine opštine Lučani, na kojoj su najpre razmatrani izveštij o poslovanju JP „Rzav“ Arilje sa finansijskim izveštajem iz 2020. godine kao i odluka Nadzornog odbora ovog regionalnog preduzeća o raspodeli dobiti a onda i izveštaj o radu JP „Rzava“ u prva tri meseca tekuće godine. U navedenim dokumentima istaknuto je da je u skladu sa planom proizvodnje i distribucije vode u toku 2020. godine vodosistem „Rzav“ Arilje proizveo i isporučio ukupno 17,975.965 m2 higijenski ispravne vode za piće svim svojim korisnicima od čega korisnicima naše opštine 1,422.202 m2. U odnosu na 2019. godinu proizvodnja i isporuka vode je veća za 3,5 odsto. Ukupan prihod u 2020. godini ostvaren je u iznosu od 300 miliona dinara i u odnosu na plan je veći za 25 miliona. Ostvaren prihod po osnovu investicija je oko 14 miliona dinara. Opštinsko veće je dalo saglasnost na odluku Nadzornog odbora JP „Rzav“ o raspodeli dobiti iz 2020. godine na pokriće gubitka u poslovanju iz prethodnih godina, što je Skupština i potvrdila.
Prihvaćen je i izveštaj o radu ovog preduzeća za prva tri meseca tekuće godine u kome se navodi da je za ova tri meseca isporučeno 4,5 miliona metara kubnih vode za piće, što je više za 250 hiljada metara kubnih vode, dakle oko osam odsto više nego prošle godine. U prva tri meseca ovo preduzeće beleži gubitak u poslovanju od 4,5 miliona dinara. Odbrnici Skupštine opštine su doneli izmenu odluke štaba za vanredne situacije opštine Lučani u delu koji se odnosi na imenovanje novog člana štaba, VD načelnika Slobodanke Vukićević.
Doneta je i odluka o zaštiti spomenika prirode „Dva hrasta u Lučanima“ kojom se pod zaštitu države stavljaju dva stabla hrasta na Staroj koloniji u Lučanima kao spomenik prirode botaničkog karaktera.
Zaštita podrazumeva zabranu seče, lomljenje grana, uništavanje kore stabla, loženje vatre, deponovanje smeća, prevođenje instalacija, izvođenje građevinskih radova oko stabala. Donete su i izmene odluke o Dragačevskom saboru trubača koje se odnose na vreme trajanja sabora od tri dana u vanrednim okolnostima, poput epidemije ili elementarnih nepogoda. S obzirom da je redovno u upotrebi i elektronski pečat, Skupština je donela i odluku o pečatima organa opštine. Na ovoj sednici odbornici su uputili predlog Vladi Republike Srbije da bez naknade opštini Lučani prenese u javnu svojinu zemljište pod zgradom na ulaze u Lučane, čija izgradnja nikada nije završena kako bi se našla mogućnost za okončanje izgradnje zgrade.
Skupština je donela i program korišćenja površina javne namene radi postavljenja objekata privremenog karaktera kao i program korišćenja i zakupa javnih površina u dane Sabora. Na ovoj sednici donet je i pravilnik o načinu, merilima i kriterijumima za izbor projekata u oblasti kulture koji se finansiraju i sufinansiraju iz budžeta opštine Lučani. Skupštinski odbornici su doneli i rešenje o imenovanju Slavka Radosavčevića iz Goračića za direktora Biblioteke, koji je i do sada obavljao tu funkciju, na novi mandat od četiri godine.

U navedenim dokumentima istaknuto je da je u skladu sa planom proizvodnje i distribucije vode u toku 2020. godine vodosistem „Rzav“ Arilje proizveo i isporučio ukupno 17,975.965 m2 higijenski ispravne vode za piće svim svojim korisnicima od čega korisnicima naše opštine 1,422.202 m2. U odnosu na 2019. godinu proizvodnja i isporuka vode je veća za 3,5 odsto. Ukupan prihod u 2020. godini ostvaren je u iznosu od 300 miliona dinara i u odnosu na plan je veći za 25 miliona. Ostvaren prihod po osnovu investicija je oko 14 miliona dinara. Opštinsko veće je dalo saglasnost na odluku Nadzornog odbora JP „Rzav“ o raspodeli dobiti iz 2020. godine na pokriće gubitka u poslovanju iz prethodnih godina, što je Skupština i potvrdila.
Prihvaćen je i izveštaj o radu ovog preduzeća za prva tri meseca tekuće godine u kome se navodi da je za ova tri meseca isporučeno 4,5 miliona metara kubnih vode za piće, što je više za 250 hiljada metara kubnih vode, dakle oko osam odsto više nego prošle godine. U prva tri meseca ovo preduzeće beleži gubitak u poslovanju od 4,5 miliona dinara. Odbrnici Skupštine opštine su doneli izmenu odluke štaba za vanredne situacije opštine Lučani u delu koji se odnosi na imenovanje novog člana štaba, VD načelnika Slobodanke Vukićević.
Doneta je i odluka o zaštiti spomenika prirode „Dva hrasta u Lučanima“ kojom se pod zaštitu države stavljaju dva stabla hrasta na Staroj koloniji u Lučanima kao spomenik prirode botaničkog karaktera.
