U toku je asfaltiranje dela Ulice 10 od Medicine dana do nekadašanje mlekare. Očekuje se da narednih sedam bude postavljanje vertikalna i horizontalna signalizacija, a nakon toga i izgradnja novih autobuskih stajališta. Do Dana grada, ova ulica biće puštena u saobraćaj, čime će se značajno smanjiti gužve u centru grada.
Kako je rekao gradonačelnik Čačka Milun Todorović, u narednoj godini biće nastavljano projektovanje i izgradnja drugog dela ove saobraćajnice, od parka kod autobuske stanice do Proletera.
„Planski akt za nastavak ulice je donet, idemo u završtak projekta i pribavljanje građevinske dozvole. Nadamo se da ćemo u prvoj polovini naredne godine pribaviti u javnu svojinu zemljište i objekte koji su neophodni za uklanjanje i da ćemo u drugoj polovini 2020. godine krenuti sa izvođenjem radova od stare mlekare do kafane Proleter“, rekao je gradonačelnik Čačka Milun Todorović.
Za sada se ne zna da li će spomenik poginulim sugrađanima u ratovima devedestih biti pomeren i na koje mesto, jer se nakon probijanja ulice kroz mali park nalazi pored same ulice.
Pomoćnik gradonačelnika Milan Bojović kaže da će se o tome razgovarati narednih dana sa predstavnicima udruženja.
Kako je rekao Bojović, prostor ispred Tempa služiće u narednom periodu kao parkiralište za stanare stambenih zgrada koji žive u ulici Jaše Prodanovića.
