Duboko udahni svež vazduh, zaboravi na telefon, isključi se, uživaj u trenutku i pamti. Baš ovakve misli motaju se po glavi prilikom dolaska u selo Ratina. Mirno mesto koje se nalazi na šest kilometara od centra Kraljeva izabrao je nekadašnji kapiten košarkaške reprezentacije Srbije Nenad Krstić (37) za beg od brzog života, gradske gužve i svakodnevnih obaveza. Nadomak rodnog grada dugogodišnji NBA centar napravio je destileriju, koja mu sada predstavlja jednu od glavnih životnih zanimacija. Otac četvoro dece ima želju da jednog dana ovaj posao naslednicima olakša život… Sada je u početnoj fazi razvoja, ali ima sve preduslove da se za nju daleko čuje. Baš kao što se nekada moglo čuti o košarkaškim kvalitetima igrača Partizana, Nju Džerzija, Oklahome, CSKA i Efesa. – Želeo sam da napravim nešto što bi ostalo da živi i posle mene – u jednoj rečenici je Krstić objasnio poentu stvaranja mesta za proizvodnju rakije. – Nadam se da ću doživeti da se razvije i za mog života, ali znate kako pričaju stariji ljudi koji se bave istim poslom – ovo je nešto što ostaje deci. Nije uopšte slučajno… Jeste malo čudno, jer sam mlad čovek od 37 godina. Ali mislim da je lepo da ovo ostane deci u nasleđe. To je neka glavna ideja. U pauzi između sastanaka organizovanih u Ratini u cilju još boljeg rada, Nenad je rado prevrteo film desetak godina unazad. – Dok sam boravio u inostranstvu sam počeo da se zanimam oko vinarija i destilerija. Onda sam pre sedam, osam godina pomislio da bih mogao da otvorim destileriju i zaokružim kompletan proces proizvodnje. Ranije sam imao ideju da radim sa voćnjakom, koji već posedujemo, ali on u ovom trenutku nije primarna naša delatnost. Nije ni mala površina – sedam, osam hektara, pretežno šljiva a ima i krušaka. To mi je bila prva ideja. Ali kada sam video koliko posla treba oko njega, a generalno zavisite od mnogo drugih faktora, posvetio sam se destileriji. Krenulo je u neku realizaciju pre pet i po godina, posle su došli projekti. Prvo smo uslužno proizveli neke količni šljive, dok nam objekat nije bio završen. Ta šljiva se i sada nalazi ovde. Objekat u kome smo sada završen je 2018. godine. Mnogi Krstićevi saigrači i dalje igraju košarku, a on smatra da je u pravom trenutku rekao „zbogom“ velikoj ljubavi. – Na vreme sam se penzionisao, tu sam za svoju decu kada im je najpotrebnije. U prednosti sam u odnosu na bivše saigrače. Prošao sam težak period posle karijere, ko kaže da toga nema – laže. Ne samo u košarci, nego u bilo kom sportu. Tu se vidi snaga osobe i karakter. Ja sam smišljeno i radio destileriju da bih bio zauzet, kao i uporedo kuću u Beogradu. Generalno imao sam nameru da me boli glava, ali u meri u kojoj ja hoću. Dok se bavite profesionalnim sportom – imate tenziju, nerviranje, stres, i sad ako dođete u situaciju posle završetka karijere da nemate ništa od toga, onda dolazi do depresije i povlačenja u sebe. Ja sam tenziju imao samo kroz gradnju, razvoj destilerije. I dalje imam to i spašava mi na neki način razum. Krstić je sada u dobroj poziciji za deljenje saveta onima koje životne promene tek čekaju… – Kažem mojim prijateljima da moraju da razmišljaju o budućem poslu, čak i dok igraju da bi trebalo pronađu neki hobi. I samo da to ne bude kladionica, nego zdrav hobi. Mnogi sportisti se odlučuju za proizvodnju voća, što Nenad vidi kao logičan odabir. – Nekim saigračima sam možda i ja bio inspiracija jer sam odavno pričao o mom voćnjaku. Drago mi je ako je neko dobio ideju posle priče sa mnom. Ne odlučuju se samo sportisti za voćnjake, nego generalno mnogo ljudi koji imaju neki novac, koji im im u tom trenutku ne znači, nego žele da ga investiraju u nešto. Mnogi su shvatili da je dobro ulaganje u zemlju, poljoprivredu, voćarstvo… A sada postoji mnogo poznatih ličnosti u svetu koji imaju vinariju ili destileriju – i to poslednjih nekoliko godina. Glumci, pevači, pričam bukvalno o Holivudu, sportisti… Drago mi je što ja nisam nikoga kopirao, već je zamisao bila stvarno moja. A generalno, mislim da se sportisti odlučuju za voćnjake da bi imali gde da izađu u prirodu, to je dobro za psihu, pritom ih ne opterećuje mnogo finansijski. Sama prodaja rakije u ogromnim količinama i dalje nije prioritet u destileriji Krstić. – Po mom mišljenju smo izabrali teži put, ali ispravniji. Najznačajnije mi je da postavimo temelje, odredimo pravac, da naviknemo ljude na naš kvalitet i da ne lutamo previše. Prodaja je većina u Srbiji, najviše u Beogradu, imamo stidljivo i izvoz. Ali ne bih ni voleo da je drugačije. Iako ovo mesto nije predviđeno za posete, Nenad rado ugosti prijatelje iz košarke. – Dolazili su saigrači, da sad ne nabrajam koji. Malo je nezgodno to što nas je zadesila korona, pa mnogi koji su hteli nisu mogli. Ali svakako vole da dođu, da probaju rakiju. Niko tu ne pije previše, ali su tu za degustaciju. Dolaziće još… Nekadašnji kapiten Srbije pokušava što češće da izdvoji vreme za dolazak u destileriju. – Dok se gradio objekat dolazio sam jednom nedeljno – što je za mene vrlo redovno. Jedan od motiva za pravljenje destilerije je i da imam razlog da dolazim u rodni kraj. To sam definitivno ispunio. Sad se desi da ne dođem po mesec dana, što znam da nije dobro. Ali sam se zarobio i sa obavezama u Beogradu. Nemam toliko vremena, ali opet znam da je proizvodnja sa svim mojim radnicima u sigurnim rukama. Mali je kolektiv, ali baš imam poverenja u njih. Svi se držimo kao porodica. Tu su mi blizu i roditelji. Da je potrebno da dolazim više, ja bih i dolazio. U ovom trenutku je sve na zdravim nogama, i može da funkcioniše i bez mene. Više sam uključen u Beogradu u neku logistiku, u komunikaciji sa nekim distributerima. Prodaja, mejlovi… I u Kraljevu i nadomak Ratine na pitanje da li znaju tačnu lokaciju destilerije, Kraljevčani su imali potvrdan odgovor. – Mislim da bi trebalo većini da je poznato. Znam da poštari znaju – ne treba da se kaže adresa, nego samo destilerija Krstić. Pre nekoliko godina nisu imali pojma. Sad se zna da je u Ratini i da radi, da je moje. Sve je u nekakvom nemačkom fazonu u staklu. Ušuškana je, nije na glavnom putu, skrivena…Želeo sam da to baš tako bude – zaključio je Krstić.
