Sa kolektivnog godišnjeg odmora
zaposleni u kompaniji namenske industrije “Prvi Partizan” Užice vraćaju se u
ponedeljak 4. maja. Oko 900 radnika ove kompanije, posle mesec dana, od sutra
će ponovo biti na svojim radnim mestima. Kolektivni godišnji odmor organizovan
je, kako zbog bezbednosti radnika, tako i teškoća u nabavci repromaterijala u uslovima
vanredne situacije zbog pandemije korona virusa. Od početka vanredne situacije u
farbici “Prvi Partizan” rad zaposlenih sveden je na 55 posto. Oformljene su dve
proizvodne linije kako bi se među zaposlenima napravio neophodan razmak u
proizvodnom pogonu, poštujući tako preporučene mere zaštite i bezbednosti
radnika. U međuvremenu, zbog već poznatih okolnosti na svetskom tržištu,
nastale su teškoće u nabavci repromaterijala, pa je najoptimalnije rešenje, po
rečima Dobrosava Andrića, direktora “Prvog Partizana”, bilo je da se radnici
upute na kolektivni godišnji odmor. “Sve okolnosti su razmotrene i doneta je odluka da proizvodni proces ponovo počne 4. maja. Na posao će se vratiti radnici koji su u proizvodnim pogonima bili u trenutku kada je doneta odluka o kolektivnom godišnjem domoru. U istom broju u kom smo prekinuli rad, u ponedeljak i nastavljamo. U međuvremenu, kako je i najavljeno, stigle su i neophodne komponente za nastavak proizvodnje.” Bar za sada, kaže prvi čovek ove
kompanije, u “Prvom Partizanu” ne razmišlja se ni o otpuštanju radnika, niti o
smanjenju plata. “Postoje već ugovoreni veliki izvozni poslovi, a u najavi su i neke narudžbine za domaće tržište. Što se poslova tiče tokom leta, čak, moguće je i da će biti dodatnog angažovanja radnika. Ono što može biti za kompaniju problem jeste dinamika odvijanja posla, kako u organizacionom smisli zbog bezbednosti radnika, tako i organizovanja tarasporta robe i drugih procedura, a sve zbog aktuelne situtacije prouzrokovane virusom korone.” Već tokom maja prema najavama
direktora Dobrosava Andrića, očekuje se potpuna normalizacija u radnom procesu
u “Prvom Partizanu” i povratak na posao svih 1600 radnika ove kompanije.
