Povodom obeležavanja Dana Grada i otvaranja Sobe legata pri Zavičajnom odeljenju Gradska biblioteka „Vladislav Petković Dis” ove nedelje organizuje niz programa pod zajedničkim nazivom „Zavičaj, najviša tačka sveta”. Prvi program održan je u ponedeljak, 16. decembra u Konferencijskoj sali, a u pitanju je „Zaveštanje kao zalog za budućnost”, predavanje na temu legata kao dragocenih zbirki Gradske biblioteke u Čačku. O legatima je govorila dr Svetlana Mirčov, dugogodišnji radnik Narodne biblioteke Srbije i Biblioteke Pravnog fakulteta, dok su legate i biblioteke celine čačanske Biblioteke predstavile mr Marijana Matović, Olivera Nedeljković, Tijana Bežanić i Tamara Janković. Publiku i prisutne članove porodice Davidović na početku je pozdravio direktor Biblioteke dr Bogdan Trifunović, koji je rekao da novoosnovana Soba legata objedinjuje tri postojeća legata koja Biblioteka baštini dugi niz godina i da je preseljenjem u novu zgradu omogućena njihova dostojna prezentacija, popularizacija i upoznavanje sa sadržajem. On je najavio i skoro potpisivanje ugovora o poklonu biblioteke celine Branka V. Radičevića čačanskoj Biblioteci. Dr Svetlana Mirčov, jedan od najboljih stručnjaka u oblasti legata i biblioteka celina, objasnila je terminološko određenje pojmova legat, legatar, legator, biblioteka celina itd. Ona je govorila o vrsti i obradi građe, njenom čuvanju, korišćenju i prezentaciji, kao i o pravnom utemeljenju ovakvih zbirki koje su regulisane Zakonom o nasleđivanju i Zakonom o zaštiti kulturnih dobara. „Jasno je da biblioteke celine predstavljaju značajan deo fonda svake biblioteke. Njihov broj i vrednost građe umnogome doprinose vrednosti biblioteke koja ih poseduje, dajući mogućnost njihovog svrsishodnog korišćenja za sve oblike kulturnih, istorijskih i naučnih istraživanja. Stoga bibliotekari moraju da obave sve navedene stručne poslove i obrađenu građu ponude korisnicima. Neophodno je, svakako, sačiniti i popis svih biblioteka celina koje se čuvaju u bibliotekama Srbije i upotpuniti ga osnovnim podacima o sadržaju”, kazala je ona. Mr Marijana Matović je predstavila Legat Milivoja i Božidarke Filipović, dragocenu ličnu biblioteku učiteljskog bračnog para koji su „na polzu i ponos svome otečestvu” ostavili oko 4.000 monografskih i serijskih publikacija. Među njima se izdvajaju kompletna edicija „Srpski književni glasnik”, časopisi „Godišnjica Nikole Čupića”, „Delo”, „Misao”, itd. Ovaj legat, kao i zbirka Jovana Davidovića su odlukom Upravnog odbora Narodne biblioteke Srbije krajem 2013. godine dobile status stare i retke bibliotečke građe od velikog značaja što ih svrstava među dvadeset najznačajnijih biblioteka celina u Srbiji. Potpisivanjem „Ugovora o poklonu, primopredaji i korišćenju fonda Jovana Davidovića iz Banjice” 14. septembra 1979. godine sa naslednicima zaostavštine ovog vrsnog kolekcionara, bibliofila i poliglote, Gradska biblioteka u Čačku je postala legatar još jedne vredne biblioteke celine. Najdragocenije publikacije koje treba posebno izdvojiti su primerci stare i retke knjige kao što su drugi tom čuvene „Istorije” Jovana Rajića iz 1794, kao i knjigu koja predstavlja adligat četiri toma „Celokupnih dela Dositeja Obradovića” u izdanju Danila Medakovića u Zemunu 1850. godine u kojoj se nalaze: „Basne”, „Život i priključenija”, „Etika” i „Pisma domaća”. O sastavu ove bogate biblioteke celine u kojoj se nalazi 2.634 monografskih publikacija, 359 godišta u okviru 145 naslova serijskih publikacija i zbirka od 3.354 jedinice slikovne građe, govorile su Olivera Nedeljković i Tijana Bežanić. Na samom kraju Tamara Janković predstavila je Biblioteku celinu Siniše Paunovića. Ovaj svestrani autor, književnik, prevodilac, kolekcionar, novinar, ostavio je bogatu zaostavštinu koja se sastoji od knjiga, časopisa, novinskih isečaka, fotografija i velike kolekcije likovnih dela. Tu su takođe njegov nameštaj i lični predmeti – radni sto, stolica, dve police za knjige, četiri pisaće mašine, foto-aparat, radio, 14 slika i karikatura, dve skulpture u gipsu i dva bareljefa u drvetu i bronzi. Monografske publikacije broje 1.549 jedinica iz različitih oblasti i na različitim jezicima, a najviše je dela iz književnosti. Vrednost i autentičnost ove biblioteke celine doprinose zanimljive posvete na pojedinim primercima knjiga, koje su Paunoviću ispisivali prijatelji i saradnici. Među autorima posveta su Miloš Crnjanski, Momčilo Nastasijević, Gustav Krklec, Desanka Maksimović, Stanislav Vinaver, Elin Pelin i drugi. Sugrađani kao i gosti grada Čačka svakog dana mogu posetiti Sobu legata, a u subotu, 21. decembra na Dan otvorenih vrata mogu se i dodatno obavestiti o ovim izuzetnim zbirkama znamenitih Čačana.
