Trenutna vrednost investicija koje se realizuju u Priboju iznosi milijardu i 440 miliona dinara. Priboj je prvi u Srbiji dobio gradsku toplanu na drvnu biomasu, u toku je izgradnja nove trafostanice, a do kraja godine očekuje se da u potpunosti bude završena rekonstrukcija puta Kokin brod- Pribojska banja. Pribojci se mogu pohvaliti da su već realizovali, ili da je u toku realizacija nekoliko projekata koji su od epohalnog značaja za njihovu opštinu. Jedna od onih koja je realizovana početkom grejne sezone je puštanje u rad prve toplane na biomasu. Dragan Ljeljen član Opštinskog veća Priboj za inoformisanje i medijsku promociju ističe: -Iako je ovo kraj oktobra Priboj je i ove jeseni jedno veliko gradilište, kao što je to bio i prethodnih godina. Trenutno se u Priboju radi na nekoliko gradlišta, a tokom leta radilo se istovremeno i na deset gradilišta. U pitanju su i krupni i značajne investicije za građane opštine Priboj. Jedna od najsvežijih investicija čija je realizacija počela sa grejnom sezonom je puštanje u probni rad toplane na biomasu, prve takve gradske toplane u Srbiji, gde su sva fosilna goriva zamenjena biomasom. U pitanju je toplana snage 23 megavata, koristiće drvnu sečku i zajedno sa novim toplovodom i novim trafostanicama to je sasvim novi sistem daljinskog grejanja. Korisnici će imati 24- časovno kvalitetno i povoljnije grejanje. Možda sada na početku ima malih problema, i to tehničke prirode, ali kada se sve to uhoda, sigurni smo da će biti znajane i uštede za lokalnu samoupravu, ali i povoljnosti za građane, koji će u roku od dve godine imali kalorimetre pa će plaćati onoliko koliko i potroše. Ta investicija je vredna 7,6 miliona evra i zaista je kapitalna investicija. Odrađena je u rekordnom roku i onda ne čudi što je prva u Srbiji. Ono na čemu se trenutno radi je I izgradnja nove trafostanice koja će znatno podići nivo pouzdanosti i kvaliteta snabdevanja električnom energijom: -Svakako da je i Izgradnja trafostanice 35/110 još jedna od kapitalnih investicija u Priboju. Njena vrednost je 254 miliona dinara i ona će povećati energetski sistem i njegovu stabilnost. Obzirom da se u ovaj sistem poslednjih godina u Priboju nije mnogo ulagalo, bili su česti nestanci struje, što je izazialo probleme kada je u pitanju privreda, ali i domaćinstva. – kaže Ljeljen. U punom jeku su i radovi na rekonstrukciji puta Kokin brod- Pribojska banja. Ovaj putni pravac dugačak je 27 kilometara, I očekuje se da bude završen do 31. Decembra: -Rekonstrukcija ovog puta je od izuzetne važnosti. Ovoga leta krenuli su radove i sa jedne i sa druge strane, i iz pravca Kokinog broda radi se oko tri kilometra, a sa druge strane od Pribojske banje zahvatio je nekih deset kilometara. I tu su asfaltirane neke deonice, radi se širina puta od šest metara, sa dve kolovozne trake, pa će to za Priboj biti ona auto put koji će nam na neki način doći sa druge strane, na nekih 30 kilometara, kada bude krenuo prema Sarajevu, preko Požege, Kremana, Mokre Gore, ali će svakako ovo biti veliki zamajac i mogućnost za rad i razvoj i privrede i turizma na ovom području. Vrednost radova je osam miliona evra, i to dovoljno govori šta će to značiti ne samo za građane Priboja, već i za građane opštine Nova Varoš- istakao je Dragan Ljeljen. U cilju rešavanja komunalnog otpada počela je I izgradnja transfer stanica Banjica. Priboj je u međuvremenu dobio I modernu pijacu, a očekuje se I da opština Priboj na proleće dobije I jedinstven turistički objekat- školu u prirodi u MZ Bučje. I neće se u Priboju stati samo na ovom. Ima veliki broj novih, već urađenih projekata za koje se čeka odobrenje: -Planovi su možda još i ambiciozniji. Priboj poslednjih godina ima zaista odlična tim za pisanje projekata, za razliku od ranije kada su nam projekti bili veliki problem. Naš projektni tim vodi Saša Vasilić, zamenik predsednika opštine i ova sredstva su uglavnom dobrim delom vezana i za Vladu Republike Srbije. Mnogi projekti su već spremni i čekaju zeleno svetlo, neki od njih su već i odobreni. U pitanju su takođe kapitalne investicije. Jedna od njih je kompletna rekonstrukcija kanalizacione mreže, izgradnja postrojenja za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda. To je investicija vredna preko 14 miliona evra, tako da ni jedan gram kanalizacije, kada to bude završeno, neće ići u reku Lim. Prošao je i projekat za rekonstrukciju vodovodne mreže, čija je vrednost 2,1 milion evra.- zaključio je na kraju razgovora Ljeljen. Sve u svemu, u Priboju se, iako je bilo određenih kašnjenja zbog epidemije korona virusa, dosta toga uradilo i izgradilo. A među planiranim kapitalnim investicijama je i rekonstrukcija Doma zdravlja i bolnice u Priboju.
