Tržni centar “Galerija Beograd” otvoren je jutros u okviru “Beograda na vodi”, a svečanoj ceremoniji prisustvovao je predsednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić. Srbija će zabeležiti suficit u budžetu na kraju oktobra, što je bilo gotovo nemoguće, rekao je Vučić. Aleksandar Vučić je tokom obilaska izrazio zadovoljstvo izgledom “Galerije” i istakao da je dizajnerski izvanredno napravljena. “Sada počinje da se puni šping mol. Očekujemo u martu i aprilu da će se najviše popuniti, kada budemo imali vakcinu”, rekao je Vučić. Domaćini su ga upoznali sa podacima da je “Galerija Beograd” ubedljivo najveći tržni centar u regionu pošto ima 300.000 kvadratnih metara ukupne površine, 93.000 kvadrata prostora za izdavanje i 3.600 parking mesta. Predsednik Srbije je, nakon razgovora sa izvođačima, rekao da je na gradilištu Beograda na vodi angažovano 2.850 radnika, samo na Kuli 300 radnika, kao i da ima dosta stranih radnika. Dočekali smo, primećuje, da i stranci rade kod nas, a ne samo da naši ljudi idu u inostranstvo. Predsednik Vučić izjavio je da će Srbija zabeležiti suficit u budžetu na kraju oktobra, što je, kaže, bilo gotovo nemoguće. “Imaćemo veliki deficit na kraju godine, zbog korone, ali ovo su svakako izvanredni rezultati, što govoti da možemo bolje i brže”, rekao je Vučić novinarima na otvaranju “Galerije Beograd”. Vučić je podsetio i da je Srbija danas prva po stopi rasta u Evropi, što nije bila nikada ranije. Predsednik kompanije “Igl Hills” Muhamed Alabar izjavio je da je otvaranje objekta “Galerija”, u okviru projekta Beograd na vodi, više od posla i da je to ostvaranje sna srpskih zvaničnika koji su u njega verovali. Alabar je na otvaranju “Galerije” zahvalio srpskim zvaničnicima na poverenju koje su ukazali njegovoj kompaniji da učestvuje u izgradnji takvog projekta i istakao da je Srbijia neverovatna zemlja u kojoj radi sa zadovoljstvom. “Čestitam svima na brzini i istrajnosti da ovo uspe. Najlepša stvar na svetu je kada ste u stanju da imate san, viziju ili plan, ali još lepša je kada imate dovoljno hrabrosti da to ostvarite do kraja”, rekao je Alabar. Istakao je da, kada to kaže, pre svega misli na predsednika Aleksandar Vučić i dodao da je on čovek koji ne želi samo da sanja, već želi i da vidi kako to izgleda u stvarnosti. Alabar je poručio predsedniku i da njegova strast za ekonomskim napretkom Srbije dolazi do svakog građanina, te podsetio da je u našoj zemlji oduvek veliko pitanje bilo otvaranje radnih mesta i ekonomski razvoj, a da je sada ekonomski napredak vidljiv. Zahvalio je svima koji su bili uključeni u izgradnju “Galerije” – izvođačima, inženjerima, lokalnim arhitektama i svima ostalima koji su sa kompanijom “Igl Hills” odradili posao do kraja. Galerija Beograd” biće najveći šoping mol, zabavna i gastronomska destinacija u regionu. Reč je o tržnom centru na samoj obali Save sa 300.000 kvadratnih metara ukupne površine, 93.000 kvadrata prostora za izdavanje i 3.600 parking mesta. U okviru objekta biće oko 300 lokala i 50 restorana, kao i bioskop sa više od 1.700 mesta. Inspirisana duhom i ulicama Beograda, “Galerija Beograd” je i svojevrsni arhitektonski poduhvat koji ovom delu grada daje potpuno novi sjaj. Staklo i kamen preovlađuju u eksterijeru i savršen su dodatak obali Save, na koju se pruža impresivan pogled iz restorana i kafića. Ulice i trgovi podeljeni su u celine koje oslikavaju puls grada, a zahvaljujući fasadama i podovima od prirodnih materijala i plafonu od providnih panela, šetnja kroz unutrašnjost posetiocima daje utisak da su napolju. Galerija Beograd donosi još jednu inovaciju, program lojalnosti “Moj Beograd”, čiji članovi postaju svi koji preuzmu aplikaciju Galerije Belgrade. Skeniranjem računa napravljenim prilikom kupovine u tom tržnom centru, članovi sakupljaju bodove koje mogu koristiti za naredne kupovine. Prvi koji će imati priliku da kupuju na taj način su dobitnici nagradne igre “Šopinguj kao milioner”. Najsrećniji dobitnik osvojio je dva miliona dinara, drugoplasirani 200.000, a petoro trećeplasiranih po 20.000 dinara.
