Novi turistički sadržaji na Zlatiboru

Radovi na rekonstrukcija Trga na Zlatiboru, u najvećoj meri su završeni. Narednih dana kreće se sa punjem jezera, a po pristizanju opreme biće postavljenja i fontana sa svetlosnim efektima. Za predstojeću zimsku sezonu nova atrakcija za turiste biće i  klizalište na jezeru. Ovu kapitalnu investiciju uredjenja samog centra, kako ističu nadležni, prati i infra-komunalno opremanje i sredjivanje brojnih lokaliteta u neposrednoj okolini.

Sam centar Zlatibora, nakon detaljne rekonstrukcije, ovih dana dobija obrise svog konačnog izgleda, a u toku su završni radovi,  kako navode nadležni, na finim, finalnim poslovima, pre svega postavljanja i uredjenja okolnih zelenih površina.

Radove na rekonstrukciji samog centra uporedo je  pratila i izgradnja novih infrastrukturnih, pre svega turističkih sadržaja u neposrednoj okolini. U toku ove nedelje biće potpuno završeno novo savremeno dečije igralište, u celosti  uradjeno po evropskim standardima.

“Pored ovog igrališta, pre par dana završili smo novu trim stazu iznad  hotela “Iris” sa šest odmorišta, spravama za vežbanje i ona je  već u funkciji i aktivno se koristi. I u narednom periodu plan nam je da nastavimo da gradimo upravo takve sadržaje, to je ono što Zlatiboru nedostaje, više sadržaja za aktivni odmor i upravo ćemo na tome insistirati i tome posvetiti veliku pažnju u narednom periodu”, ističe  Arsen Djurić, predsednik Skupštine opštine Čajetina.

Nova ulaganja, kako ističu nadležni, usmerena su pre svega da se odgovori na potrebe, kako sve većeg broja turista na Zltiboru, tako i samih meštana.

“Obim posla se kod nas širi  iz meseca u mesec, a ne iz godine u godinu. Primera radi,  u avgustu i septembru mesecu imali  smo praktično 50% veće količine odvoza  komunalnog otpada prikupljenog na terenu u odnosu na isti period prošle godine. Napomenuo bih da smo pre nepunih mesec dana kupili tri nova auto-smećara kako  bismo mogli da funkcionišemo i da pratimo ovakav rast i potrebe Zlatibora. Imamo planove, imamo sredstva i mislim da  komunalno preduzeće bez problema može da odgovori svim zahtevima”, kaže direktor KJP “Zlatibor, Srdjan Pantović. 

Opština Čajetina, KJP „Zlatibor“ i JKP „Vodovod Zlatibor“  pokrenuli su i akciju ispitivanja korisnika  stepenom zadovoljstva kvaliteta usluga,   sakupljanja i transporta komunalnog otpada, snabdevanja pijaćom vodom i održavanja kanalizacije na teritoriji opštine Čajetina. Cilj ovog online ispitivanja i ankete koje traje do 15. novembra,  izmedju ostalog je i unapredjenje komunikacije između gradjana i oba javna komunalna preduzeća. Ispitivanje se sprovodi u saradnji sa Stalnom konferencijom gradova i opština, uz finansijsku podršku Vlade Švedske, kroz Program „Podrška lokalnim samoupravama u Srbiji na putu ka EU”.

Novi turistički sadržaji na Zlatiboru

Radovi na rekonstrukcija Trga na Zlatiboru, u najvećoj meri su završeni. Narednih dana kreće se sa punjem jezera, a po pristizanju opreme biće postavljenja i fontana sa svetlosnim efektima. Za predstojeću zimsku sezonu nova atrakcija za turiste biće i  klizalište na jezeru. Ovu kapitalnu investiciju uredjenja samog centra, kako ističu nadležni, prati i infra-komunalno opremanje i sredjivanje brojnih lokaliteta u neposrednoj okolini.

Sam centar Zlatibora, nakon detaljne rekonstrukcije, ovih dana dobija obrise svog konačnog izgleda, a u toku su završni radovi,  kako navode nadležni, na finim, finalnim poslovima, pre svega postavljanja i uredjenja okolnih zelenih površina.

Radove na rekonstrukciji samog centra uporedo je  pratila i izgradnja novih infrastrukturnih, pre svega turističkih sadržaja u neposrednoj okolini. U toku ove nedelje biće potpuno završeno novo savremeno dečije igralište, u celosti  uradjeno po evropskim standardima.

“Pored ovog igrališta, pre par dana završili smo novu trim stazu iznad  hotela “Iris” sa šest odmorišta, spravama za vežbanje i ona je  već u funkciji i aktivno se koristi. I u narednom periodu plan nam je da nastavimo da gradimo upravo takve sadržaje, to je ono što Zlatiboru nedostaje, više sadržaja za aktivni odmor i upravo ćemo na tome insistirati i tome posvetiti veliku pažnju u narednom periodu”, ističe  Arsen Djurić, predsednik Skupštine opštine Čajetina.

Nova ulaganja, kako ističu nadležni, usmerena su pre svega da se odgovori na potrebe, kako sve većeg broja turista na Zltiboru, tako i samih meštana.

“Obim posla se kod nas širi  iz meseca u mesec, a ne iz godine u godinu. Primera radi,  u avgustu i septembru mesecu imali  smo praktično 50% veće količine odvoza  komunalnog otpada prikupljenog na terenu u odnosu na isti period prošle godine. Napomenuo bih da smo pre nepunih mesec dana kupili tri nova auto-smećara kako  bismo mogli da funkcionišemo i da pratimo ovakav rast i potrebe Zlatibora. Imamo planove, imamo sredstva i mislim da  komunalno preduzeće bez problema može da odgovori svim zahtevima”, kaže direktor KJP “Zlatibor, Srdjan Pantović. 

Opština Čajetina, KJP „Zlatibor“ i JKP „Vodovod Zlatibor“  pokrenuli su i akciju ispitivanja korisnika  stepenom zadovoljstva kvaliteta usluga,   sakupljanja i transporta komunalnog otpada, snabdevanja pijaćom vodom i održavanja kanalizacije na teritoriji opštine Čajetina. Cilj ovog online ispitivanja i ankete koje traje do 15. novembra,  izmedju ostalog je i unapredjenje komunikacije između gradjana i oba javna komunalna preduzeća. Ispitivanje se sprovodi u saradnji sa Stalnom konferencijom gradova i opština, uz finansijsku podršku Vlade Švedske, kroz Program „Podrška lokalnim samoupravama u Srbiji na putu ka EU”.
