Vlada Srbije je na sednici 18. februara izmenila uredbe o podsticajima u poljoprivredi i ruralnom razvoju za ovu godinu i smanjila podsticaje po hektaru.

Podsticaji su smanjeni sa 5.200 dinara na 4.000 dinara a „Agrosmart“ podseća da je do izmene iznos podsticaja bio 4.000 dinara osnovni podsticaj u biljnoj proizvodnji, a 1.200 dinara regres za dizel gorivo (60 litara dizel goriva po hektaru se regresira sa po 20 dinara po litru), za najviše 20 hektara zemljišta.

Kako se navodi u izmenama uredbe za direktna plaćanja biće u ovoj godini na raspolaganju 22,6 milijardi dinara, umesto dosadašnjih 24,8 milijardi. Osnovni podsticaji za biljnu proizvodnju smanjeni su sa 9,8 milijardi na 7,5 milijardi dinara.

Takođe, na sednici je opredeljeno da umesto 2.5 milijardi dinara za zahteve po osnovu direktnih plaćanja iz prethodnih godina, planiranih za isplatu u tekućoj godini bude dato  4,7 milijardi dinara.

Ovaj novac se odnosi na zahteve za premiju za mleko; osnovne podsticaje za biljnu proizvodnju; regrese za đubrivo; podsticaje za genetsko unapređenje kvalitetnih priplodnih mlečnih krava, kvalitetnih priplodnih tovnih krava, kvalitetnih priplodnih ovaca i koza, kvalitetnih priplodnih krmača, roditeljskih kokošaka teškog tipa, roditeljskih kokošaka lakog tipa, roditeljskih ćurki, kvalitetnih priplodnih matica ribe šarana i kvalitetnih priplodnih matica ribe pastrmke; tov junadi, tov jagnjadi, tov jaradi i tov svinja; krave dojilje; košnice pčela; proizvodnju konzumne ribe; krave za uzgoj teladi za tov; realizaciju podsticaja po rešenjima sudskih presuda.

Novim izmenama manje će para biti i za mere ruralnog razvoja – umesto 1,7 milijardi biće 1,4 milijarde.

Na istoj sednici Vlada je donela uredbu o rasporedu i korišćenju sredstava za subvencionisanje zaštićenih prirodnih dobara od nacionalnog interesa.

Subvencije ukupno iznose 265 miliona dinara, a odnose se na finansiranje radova i drugih troškova, uključujući zarade zaposlenih kod upravljača na poslovima definisanim Zakonom o zaštiti prirode.

Manje po hektaru: Država smanjila subvencije ratarima

Vlada Srbije je na sednici 18. februara izmenila uredbe o podsticajima u poljoprivredi i ruralnom razvoju za ovu godinu i smanjila podsticaje po hektaru.

Podsticaji su smanjeni sa 5.200 dinara na 4.000 dinara a „Agrosmart“ podseća da je do izmene iznos podsticaja bio 4.000 dinara osnovni podsticaj u biljnoj proizvodnji, a 1.200 dinara regres za dizel gorivo (60 litara dizel goriva po hektaru se regresira sa po 20 dinara po litru), za najviše 20 hektara zemljišta.

Kako se navodi u izmenama uredbe za direktna plaćanja biće u ovoj godini na raspolaganju 22,6 milijardi dinara, umesto dosadašnjih 24,8 milijardi. Osnovni podsticaji za biljnu proizvodnju smanjeni su sa 9,8 milijardi na 7,5 milijardi dinara.

Takođe, na sednici je opredeljeno da umesto 2.5 milijardi dinara za zahteve po osnovu direktnih plaćanja iz prethodnih godina, planiranih za isplatu u tekućoj godini bude dato  4,7 milijardi dinara.

Ovaj novac se odnosi na zahteve za premiju za mleko; osnovne podsticaje za biljnu proizvodnju; regrese za đubrivo; podsticaje za genetsko unapređenje kvalitetnih priplodnih mlečnih krava, kvalitetnih priplodnih tovnih krava, kvalitetnih priplodnih ovaca i koza, kvalitetnih priplodnih krmača, roditeljskih kokošaka teškog tipa, roditeljskih kokošaka lakog tipa, roditeljskih ćurki, kvalitetnih priplodnih matica ribe šarana i kvalitetnih priplodnih matica ribe pastrmke; tov junadi, tov jagnjadi, tov jaradi i tov svinja; krave dojilje; košnice pčela; proizvodnju konzumne ribe; krave za uzgoj teladi za tov; realizaciju podsticaja po rešenjima sudskih presuda.

Novim izmenama manje će para biti i za mere ruralnog razvoja – umesto 1,7 milijardi biće 1,4 milijarde.

Na istoj sednici Vlada je donela uredbu o rasporedu i korišćenju sredstava za subvencionisanje zaštićenih prirodnih dobara od nacionalnog interesa.

Subvencije ukupno iznose 265 miliona dinara, a odnose se na finansiranje radova i drugih troškova, uključujući zarade zaposlenih kod upravljača na poslovima definisanim Zakonom o zaštiti prirode.
