U teškoj saobraćajnoj nesreći koja se dogodila prilikom sletanja autobusa kod Slavonskog Broda, u blizini naplatnih kućica, poginulo je najmanje deset osoba, više od 40 primljeno u bolnicu, od kojih je osam u teškom stanju. Autobus je vozio na liniji Frankfurt–Priština, u njemu je bilo oko 67 putnika. Šef Civilne zaštite Hrvatske Damir Trut izjavio da je poginulo devet putnika i vozač. Uviđaj je u toku. U saobraćajnoj nesreći, koja se dogodila u 6.20, poginulo je deset osoba, a više od 45 prevezeno je u bolnicu u Slavonskom Brodu, prenosi Indeks. Upravnik bolnice Josip Samardžić izjavio je da je od jutros primljeno 45 osoba koje su nakon nesreće zatražile lekarsku pomoć, a među njima je osam teško povređenih. Šef Civilne zaštite Hrvatske Damir Trut rekao je da je u autobusu bilo 67 putnika i dva vozača. “Nažalost, 9 putnika i jedan vozač su poginuli”, rekao je Trut. Prema njegovim rečima, 44 putnika su primljeni u bolnicu u Slavonskom Brodu. “Osam ih je teže ozlijeđeno, četvero ih je operirano. Četrnaest putnika i jedan vozač su u policijskoj postaji, čekaju smještaj u objekt koji će im osigurati županija”, kazao je Trut i dodao da je u autobusu bilo dece. Prema informacijama koje je, kako navodi, dobio od policije, za 45 minuta će biti otvorena jedna traka i saobraćaj će biti normalizovan. Prva policijska informacija govorila je o troje mrtvih, da bi se onda broj poginulih povećao na deset. Autobus, koji je sleteo sa puta, saobraćao je na redovnoj liniji Frankfurt–Priština. Iz Turističke kompanije “Deva turs” iz Đakovice rekli su da je njihov autobus, koji je sleteo s puta kod Slavonskog Broda, prevozio gastarbajtere i članove njihovih porodica iz Frankfurta u Prištinu. Naveli su da za sada nemaju drugih podataka o stradalima. Policija je naknadno ustanovila da nije reč o autobusu iz Severne Makedonije, kako je prvobitno saopšteno, već o autobusu sa KiM. Načelnik stanice Saobraćajne policije Slavonski Brod Franjo Galić rekao je da je to jedna od najtežih nesreća koje je video. “Bio sam na mnogim nesrećama, no ova je stvarno teška i mislim da ulazi u red najtežih nesreća kojima sam ja svjedočio. Autobus je bio pun, no ne mogu reći je li među mrtvima ili ozlijeđenima bilo i djece. Prema riječima putnika, u autobusu je bilo preko šezdeset osoba”, kazao je načelnik Galić. Hrvatski premijer Andrej Plenković izrazio je saučešće povodom nesreće i rekao da su s velikom tugom primili vest o sletanju autobusa kod Slavonskog Broda u kojem je život izgubilo 10 ljudi, da se i da se nada da će se povređeni oporaviti. “Zbog strašne nesreće razgovarao sam s ministrom unutarnjih poslova Davorom Božinovićem i ministrom zdravstva Vilijem Berošem. Ministar Beroš i ravnatelj civilne zaštite Trut krenuli su prema Slavonskom Brodu kako bi se upoznali sa svim okolnostima nesreće i pružanjem zdravstvene skrbi ozlijeđenim putnicima”, napisao je Plenković na Tviteru. Iz “Hrvatskih autocesta” saopšteno je da je zbog nesreće prekinut saobraćaj na auto-putu A3 Bregana–Lipovac između čvorova Slavonski Brod Zapad i Slavonski Brod Istok u smeru Lipovca. Saobraćaj je preusmeren i vozi se obilaznim pravcima.
