Okružno javno tužilaštvo u Prijedoru podiglo je optužnicu protiv Borislava Uzelca (45) iz Krupe na Uni zbog ubistva brata Zdravka Uzelca (56), koga je izrešetao rafalom iz automatske puške, saznaju “Novosti”. Optužnicom Borislav se tereti za ubistvo i nedozvoljeno posedovanje oružja, odnosno automatske puške M70, kalibra 7.62. Zločin se dogodio 26. aprila ove godine u 17.40 ispred njihove kuće u Srednjem Buševiću kod Krupe na Uni. U vreme ubistva Borislav se nalazio u stanju teškog pijanstva sa 2,23 promila alkohola u krvi i stanju smanjene uračunljivosti, ali ne bitno. – Nakon kraće verbalne prepirke oko košenja dvorišta, Borislav je u nameri da ubije brata ušao u kuću i uzeo automatsku pušku. Izašao je u dvorište i sa udaljenosti manje od šest metara u Zdravka ispalio 14 metaka – navodi se u optužnici. Zdravka su projektili pogodili u predelu vrata, grudnog koša, leve ruke, stomaka, obe noge, zadnjice i leđa. – Žrtvi je razorena desna strana srca, oba plućna krila, jetra, slezena i oba bubrega, usled čega je preminuo – navodi se u optužnici. Nakon zločina Borislav je telefonom pozvao policiju i saopštio im da je ubio brata. Po dolasku, patrola je pred kućom zatekla Zdravkovo izrešetano telo i Borislava koji je mirno uhapšen. Policajcima je predao i automatsku pušku iz koje je pucao. Tužilaštvo je zatražilo da se Borislavu Uzelcu produži pritvor do okončanja sudskog postupka. Borislav i Zdravko godinama su zajedno živeli u istoj kući. Često su se sukobljavali i svađali zbog banalnih stvari, što je kulminiralo kobnog 26. aprila.
