Vlada Srbije donela je Zaključak kojim preporučuje svim poslodavcima na teritoriji Srbije da zaposlenima, koji nisu iskoristili sve dane godišnjeg odmora za prošlu godinu, omoguće da taj odmor započnu i iskoriste u 2021. godini.

Ukoliko to nije moguće, preporuka je da bar prvi deo u trajanju od najmanje dve radne nedelje neprekidno iskoriste zaključno sa 31. decembrom 2021. godine, a preostali deo zaključno sa 30. junom 2022. godine.

Preporuka je, poručuju iz Vlade Srbije, i da poslodavci zaposlenima koji nisu iskoristili deo godišnjeg odmora iz 2019. godine, omoguće da taj deo godišnjeg odmora iskoriste najkasnije do 30. juna 2021. godine, a pre korišćenja pripadajućeg godišnjeg odmora za 2020. godinu.

Kako naglašavaju u Vladi Srbije, mnogi zaposleni nisu bili u prilici da iskoriste godišnji odmor, što zbog prirode posla u vanrednim okolnostima, usled epidemije koronavirusa ili zbog bolovanja koje su bili primorani da uzmu, jer su virusom zaraženi ili su, zbog kontakata sa obolelim bili u samoizolaciji.

Mada Vlada Srbije nema mogućnost da donese odluku kojom bi se naložilo poslodavcima da svi zaposleni dobiju mogućnost da iskoriste svoj godišnji odmor, predsednik UGS “Nezavisnost” i član Socijalno-ekonomskog saveta Srbije, Zoran Stojiljković, za portal Biznis.rs kaže da veruje da će poslodavci ovu preporuku poslušati.

Prema njegovom objašnjenju, radi se o preporuci i praktičnoj proceni, imajući u vidu da je u najugroženijim sektorima to pravo već uglavnom i iskorišćeno.

“Samo tamo gde ima i uvećanog obima poslova, očekujem protivljenje. Polazim od logike da je pad zaposlenosti zaustavljen padom broja radnih sati u Srbiji za 14 odsto ili u ekvivalentu od gotovo pola miliona radnih mesta”, rekao je Stojiljković.

Vlada Srbije donela Zaključak o godišnjim odmorima

Vlada Srbije donela je Zaključak kojim preporučuje svim poslodavcima na teritoriji Srbije da zaposlenima, koji nisu iskoristili sve dane godišnjeg odmora za prošlu godinu, omoguće da taj odmor započnu i iskoriste u 2021. godini.

Ukoliko to nije moguće, preporuka je da bar prvi deo u trajanju od najmanje dve radne nedelje neprekidno iskoriste zaključno sa 31. decembrom 2021. godine, a preostali deo zaključno sa 30. junom 2022. godine.

Preporuka je, poručuju iz Vlade Srbije, i da poslodavci zaposlenima koji nisu iskoristili deo godišnjeg odmora iz 2019. godine, omoguće da taj deo godišnjeg odmora iskoriste najkasnije do 30. juna 2021. godine, a pre korišćenja pripadajućeg godišnjeg odmora za 2020. godinu.

Kako naglašavaju u Vladi Srbije, mnogi zaposleni nisu bili u prilici da iskoriste godišnji odmor, što zbog prirode posla u vanrednim okolnostima, usled epidemije koronavirusa ili zbog bolovanja koje su bili primorani da uzmu, jer su virusom zaraženi ili su, zbog kontakata sa obolelim bili u samoizolaciji.

Mada Vlada Srbije nema mogućnost da donese odluku kojom bi se naložilo poslodavcima da svi zaposleni dobiju mogućnost da iskoriste svoj godišnji odmor, predsednik UGS “Nezavisnost” i član Socijalno-ekonomskog saveta Srbije, Zoran Stojiljković, za portal Biznis.rs kaže da veruje da će poslodavci ovu preporuku poslušati.

Prema njegovom objašnjenju, radi se o preporuci i praktičnoj proceni, imajući u vidu da je u najugroženijim sektorima to pravo već uglavnom i iskorišćeno.

“Samo tamo gde ima i uvećanog obima poslova, očekujem protivljenje. Polazim od logike da je pad zaposlenosti zaustavljen padom broja radnih sati u Srbiji za 14 odsto ili u ekvivalentu od gotovo pola miliona radnih mesta”, rekao je Stojiljković.
