Od 01. do 14. februara biće moguć uvid u Studiju o proceni uticaja na životnu sredinu prilikom izgradnje deonica Moravskog koridora – Mrčajevci-Preljina i Adrani-Mrčajevci. Uvid u Studiju može se izvršiti u prostorijama Ministarstva zaštite životne sredine, kao i u prostorijama gradskih uprava Čačak i Kraljevo radnim danom od 09:00 do 12:00 časova, uz prisustvo predstavnika stručne službe. Primedbe i mišljenja na Studiju o proceni uticaja na životnu sredinu mogu se podneti u pisanom obliku i dostavljaju se Ministarstvu zaštite životne sredine, Omladinskih brigada 1, Novi Beograd. Javna rasprava i prezentacija održaće se u skupštinskoj sali grada Čačka 14. februara od 11.00 do 13.00 časova, a u Kraljevu četiri dana kasnije. Novoprojektovana trasa autoputa E-761 na deonici Mrčajevci – Preljina, prolazi kroz atare naselja: Mrčajevci, Donja Gorevnica, Mojsinje, Stančići, Baluga, Konjevići, Preljina, Ljubić i Rakova. U Studiji se navodi da ruralna naselja pripadaju razbijenom tipu. Po poslednjem popisu, ukupan broj stanovnika ovih naselja iznosi 8.647. Sela se demografski prazne. Na osnovu podataka dobijenih od Zavoda za zaštitu prirode Srbije, na trasi autoputa nema zaštićenih područja za koje je sproveden ili pokrenut postupak zaštite, utvrđenih ekološki značajnih područja i ekoloških koridora od međunarodnog značaja ekološke mreže Republike Srbije, kao ni evidentiranih prirodnih dobara. Zapadna Morava sa priobalnim pojasom u prirodnom ili blisko prirodnom stanju je regionalni ekološki koridor. Ni levo ni desno priobalje Zapadne Morave nisu zaštićeni od poplava. Reka Čemernica regulisana je od ušća u Zapadnu Moravu do ušća Dičine. Kako se navodi, postoji sistem zaštite od velikih voda u vidu obostranih nasipa, ali oni nemaju dovoljnu visinu za zaštitu od stogodišnje velike vode. Sa hidrološkog stanovišta, sa izuzetkom Zapadne Morave, razmatrani vodotoci u užem koridoru budućeg autoputa uglavnom su hidrološki neizučeni, pošto na njima ne postoje sistematska (a ni povremena) merenja proticaja i osmatranja nivoa. Prema podacima Zavoda za zaštitu spomenika kulture iz Kraljeva, u neposrednoj blizini trase nalaze se dva arheološka lokaliteta: Crkvine – Mrčajevci, ostaci nekropole sa crkvinom, kao i Katovac – Baluga, ostaci naselja i nekropole iz prelaznog perioda.
