Vlada Republike Srbije usvojila je Uredbu o raspodeli podsticajnih sredstava u poljoprivredi i ruralnom razvoju u 2020. godini za čije su sprovođenje obezbeđena sredstva u ukupnom iznosu od 36.701.800.000 dinara.

Podsticaji su koncipirani tako da na optimalan način podržavaju nedovoljno razvijene oblasti poljoprivredne proizvodnje, kao i područja sa otežanim uslovima rada u poljoprivredi i to unapređenjem konkurentnosti poljoprivrednih gazdinstava.

Država je i u ovoj godini posebne podsticaje namenila mladim poljoprivrednicima. Kako bi se unapredilo tovno govedarstvo država je povećala subvencije za krave na 40.000 dinara po grlu.

„Imaćemo subvencije za nabavku mehanizacije i opreme, za kreditnu podršku, odnosno subvencionisane kredite, regres za premiju osiguranja koja će takođekao i prošle godine iznositi 70%, zatim subvencije za kvalitetna priplodna grla, odnosno muzne krave u iznosu od 25 000 dinara, za krave koje se gaje za proizvodnju teladi za tov 20.000 dinara“, ističe Radovan Ševarlić, PSSS Čačak.

Podsticajem kroz kreditnu podršku omogućiće se poljoprivrednim proizvođačima da dođu do finansijskih sredstava iz bankarskih izvora pod povoljnijim uslovima od tržišnih.

Početkom godine raspisan je javni poziv za subvencionisanu nabavku novih traktora snage do 60 kilovata. Konkurs je otvoren do 29. maja. Traktor mora biti proizveden u Srbiji, a maksimalni iznos podsticaja koji korisnik može da ostvari za jednu kalendarsku godinu iznosi 800.000 dinara, odnosno od 50 do 65 odsto od realizovane investicije.

Premije za mleko su iste kao i lprošle godine, sedam dinara po litru, a prema usvojenoj uredbi osnovni podsticaji za biljnu proizvodnju i dalje su i dalje 5.200 dinara po hektaru, dok su subvencije za organsku poljoprivredu povećane tri puta.

Merama ruralnog razvoja predviđena je podrška programima koji se odnose na unapređenje konkurentnosti, očuvanje i unapređenje životne sredine i prirodnih resursa, diversifikaciju dohotka i poboljšanje kvaliteta života u ruralnim područjima, kao i priprema i sprovođenje lokalnih strategija ruralnog razvoja.

Subvencije u poljoprivredi

Vlada Republike Srbije usvojila je Uredbu o raspodeli podsticajnih sredstava u poljoprivredi i ruralnom razvoju u 2020. godini za čije su sprovođenje obezbeđena sredstva u ukupnom iznosu od 36.701.800.000 dinara.

Podsticaji su koncipirani tako da na optimalan način podržavaju nedovoljno razvijene oblasti poljoprivredne proizvodnje, kao i područja sa otežanim uslovima rada u poljoprivredi i to unapređenjem konkurentnosti poljoprivrednih gazdinstava.

Država je i u ovoj godini posebne podsticaje namenila mladim poljoprivrednicima. Kako bi se unapredilo tovno govedarstvo država je povećala subvencije za krave na 40.000 dinara po grlu.

„Imaćemo subvencije za nabavku mehanizacije i opreme, za kreditnu podršku, odnosno subvencionisane kredite, regres za premiju osiguranja koja će takođekao i prošle godine iznositi 70%, zatim subvencije za kvalitetna priplodna grla, odnosno muzne krave u iznosu od 25 000 dinara, za krave koje se gaje za proizvodnju teladi za tov 20.000 dinara“, ističe Radovan Ševarlić, PSSS Čačak.

Podsticajem kroz kreditnu podršku omogućiće se poljoprivrednim proizvođačima da dođu do finansijskih sredstava iz bankarskih izvora pod povoljnijim uslovima od tržišnih.

Početkom godine raspisan je javni poziv za subvencionisanu nabavku novih traktora snage do 60 kilovata. Konkurs je otvoren do 29. maja. Traktor mora biti proizveden u Srbiji, a maksimalni iznos podsticaja koji korisnik može da ostvari za jednu kalendarsku godinu iznosi 800.000 dinara, odnosno od 50 do 65 odsto od realizovane investicije.

Premije za mleko su iste kao i lprošle godine, sedam dinara po litru, a prema usvojenoj uredbi osnovni podsticaji za biljnu proizvodnju i dalje su i dalje 5.200 dinara po hektaru, dok su subvencije za organsku poljoprivredu povećane tri puta.

Merama ruralnog razvoja predviđena je podrška programima koji se odnose na unapređenje konkurentnosti, očuvanje i unapređenje životne sredine i prirodnih resursa, diversifikaciju dohotka i poboljšanje kvaliteta života u ruralnim područjima, kao i priprema i sprovođenje lokalnih strategija ruralnog razvoja.
