Kafane na potezu od Beograda do Ljiga se još i nekako drže jer je dotle saobraćaj frekventniji, ali onih nekoliko kafana od Ljiga do Rudnika, ili je zatvoreno ili tavori. Mnogima od ovih kafana glavni gosti su bile kamiondžije, ali su i oni retkost, jer su mnogi zbog strogih propisa o tonaži primorani da idu auto-putem, pa je prašina koja se podiže sa kafanskih parkinga od šlepera samo uspomena na neka bolja vremena. Ibarska magistrala je najpoznatija po dve stvari: kao opasna saobraćajnica za vožnju na kojoj se često događaju udesi i kao mesto dobrih i popularnih kafana u kojima se tražio predah, dobro jelo, ali i zabava. Ona je važila i kao sinonim i rodno mesto popularne narodne muzike – mnoge narodnjačke zvezde su upravo u ovim kafanama doživljavale svoju muzičku inicijaciju i odavde kretale ka estradnom nebu. Otvaranje auto-puta Miloš Veliki koji je, za sada, povezao Beograd i Čačak, rasteretilo je popularnu Ibarsku saobraćajnicu i učinilo bezbednijom za vožnju, ali je, u velikoj meri, ostavilo i ovdašnje kafane bez gostiju. Što bi se reklo, nikad dva dobra zajedno. Kafane na potezu od Beograda do Ljiga se još i nekako drže jer je dotle saobraćaj frekventniji (zbog gravitiranja ljudi ka Lazarevcu, Lajkovcu, Valjevu, a mnogi se u Ljigu uključuju ili isključuju sa auto-puta), ali onih nekoliko kafana od Ljiga do Rudnika, ili je zatvoreno ili tavori. Ove što rade, poput najstarije kafane na Ibarskoj magistrali „Četiri vetra“ u Šiljakovcu – otvorena je još davne 1938. godine, više se oslanjaju na lokalne goste nego na putnike. Aleksandra Ceca Kljajić, koja sada drži ovu kafanu, kaže da im je auto-put „izmakao“ goste, a da ih je posle dokusurila epidemija korone, odnosne restriktivne mere koje su učinile da kafane više ne rade nego što rade. „Osetilo se, kako da nije. Zaobilaze nas, a i ovi koji ovuda prolaze ne svraćaju kao nekad, tako da su nam glavni gosti ovdašnji ljudi. Evo, na parkingu je pet automobila, rekao bi čovek puna kafana, ali to su meštani Šiljakovca koji se tu parkiraju. Dešava mi se po deset dana da u kafani ne vidim nepoznatog gosta, sve oni koje znam. Ozbiljno sam razmišljala zimus da stavim ključ u bravu. Ovo letos se još ponešto i dešava, ali sve je to mršavo i nedovoljno“, kaže Aleksandra koja nije samo gazdarica već i sama radi zajedno sa rođakom Draganom. Mnogima od ovih kafana glavni gosti su bile kamiondžije, ali su i oni retkost, jer su mnogi zbog strogih propisa o tonaži primorani da idu auto-putem, pa je prašina koja se podiže sa kafanskih parkinga od šlepera samo uspomena na neka bolja vremena. Zato su tri kamiona koja su se zaustavila ispred restorana „Zvono“ bila prijatno iznenađenje za osoblje. „Ovo je nekad bila svakodnevna slika, sada je iznenađenje“, kaže konobarica. Šoferska trojka, Aleksandar Dragićević, Stefan Spasojević i Slavko Ostojić svratili su da ručaju na povratku iz Beograda za Mionicu i Valjevo odakle voze proizvode jedne fabrike. „Navikao sam ovde da svraćam, ali nije to kao nekad. Ovo što ste nas sreli je jednom u mesec dana. Da nam putarina nije skupa verovatno bi i mi išli auto-putem“, priča Aleksandar. U Velikom Borku jedan preko puta drugog su restorani „Kod Braca“ i „Kale“. Pored „Brace“ prašinu skuplja zatvorena pekara „Dan i noć“, dok se mini market pored restorana „Kale“ bori da preživi. „Opao je promet drastično i zavisi od dana do dana i od vremenskih uslova. Vikendom su ovuda išle kolone automobila, ljudi izlazili i kupovali, sada samo projure. Tu smo gde smo, a dokle ćemo to se ne zna“, kaže Zlata Šarić, radnica u marketu. Jedni od retkih koji se ne žale, a sudeći po broju popunjenih stolova nemaju ni na šta, jesu ljudi iz restorana „Kale“. Čuveni po dobrom zalogaju, uspeli su da sačuvaju goste od kojih mnogi ovde namenski dolaze. „Malo smo osetili ona prva dva-tri meseca kad je auto-put tek otvoren i dok je bio besplatan. Posle se, manje-više, sve vratilo u normalu“, zaključuje Milanka Đorđević iz ovog restorana. „Čađava mehana“ kod Lazarevca nije bila te sreće, ostala je samo tabla da podseća kako je tu nekad bila kafana pod tim rustičnim imenom, kao i što natpis „Kamioni svratite“ jedne perionice za teška vozila više liči na vapaj nego na reklamu. Šmrkovi vise obešeni, a zaposleni se sklonio u neku hladovinu pred nesnosnom julskom jarom. „Nikad bolje nismo radili“, iznenađuje nas Goran Stevanović, vlasnik restorana „Elit“ u Ćelijama, a onda shvatamo da su njegove reči bile čista ironija. „Ma, kakvi. Ovo nije ni prići onome kako je nekad bilo, mogu slobodno reći da je poseta prepolovljena. Mi na Ibarskoj do ove raskrsnice za Valjevo se još nekako i držimo, tamo dalje ka Milanovcu je mrtvo more i pustoš. Orijentisao sam se na proslave i lokalne goste, a nekad su mi glavni posetioci bili stranci koji su ovuda prolazili“, konstatuje Goran. Slično razmišlja i Dejan Jeremić koji, zajedno sa suprugom, drži čuveni restoran „Kod brata“ kod skretanja za Belanovicu i nedaleko od uključenja na auto-put kod Ljiga. Oni opstaju, dok su levo i desno od njih zatvorene kafane „Bučić“ i „Dva brata“, nekada deo porodične ugostiteljske imperije. „Imamo sreće da smo blizu petlje pa opet svraćaju ljudi, naročito stranci koji se polako vraćaju. Dolaze Česi, Ukrajinci, Mađari koji imaju običaj da se isključe sa auto-puta da se odmore i ponešto vide. Opstajemo, jer nas dvoje radimo barabar sa zaposlenima od pola sedam ujutro do jedanaest uveče i drukčije ne bi moglo. I nismo samo u problemu mi na Ibarskoj magistrali, neki dan sam prolazio između Uba i Šapca. Više nijedna kafana ne radi, sve su zatvorene. Nije nas auto-put toliko poremetio, ali korona nas je desetkovala“, objašnjava Jeremić koji računa na neka bolja vremena i osavremenjuje kafanu kako bi ona i dalje ostala zaštitni znak na ovom putu. Kafana „Zindović“ nije bila sreće da preživi. Ogromni parking, tik uz magistralu, zvrji prazan, a nekada su se tu, uz škripu kočnica i oblake prašine, zaustavljale na desetine kamiondžija i tražilo se mesto više. Kafana je imala i tuš kabine, veliki restoran, a sada su i parking i objekat sablasno pusti, samo zaostali cenovnik bledi izložen na žarkom suncu. „Zatvorili smo 7. jula. Više se nije isplatilo, a bilo je i nekih drugih problema“, kratko kaže Nada Zindović. Menjaju se vremena i običaji, menjaju se i putevi i ljudi, pa i kafane na Ibarskoj magistrali nisu mogle biti pošteđene novog doba i promena. Kako stvari stoje, sve su prilike da će mnoge od njih ostati da žive samo u pričama onih koji su pamtili i njihovo i sopstveno bolje vreme. Bila jednom jedna Ibarska…
