Produžetak roka za stare studente, novine na master studijama: Šta obuhvata izmena Zakona o visokom obrazovanju?

Predložene izmene Zakona o visokom obrazovanju previđaju produžetak roka za završetak studija za takozvane stare studente, izjavila je danas državna sekretarka Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Marijana Dukić Mijatović. – Predstavnici Ministarstva imaju dobru saradnju i u stalnoj su komunikaciji sa predstavnicima studenata – rekla je ona, saopšteno je iz resornog ministarstva. Kako je istakla, u Nacrtu zakona dodatno je pojašnjeno da akademci koji su završili akademske studije mogu upisati strukovne master studije. Dukić Mijatović dodala je da predložene izmene Zakona o visokom obrazovanju omogućavaju da Srbija povrati punopravno članstvo u Evropskoj asocijaciji za obezbedjivanje kvaliteta u visokom obrazovanju (ENQA). Kako je navela, dodatno se definiše i okvir teološkog obrazovanja u Srbiji u skladu sa njegovim posebnostima. Dukić Mijatović je ocenila da su oba zakonska predloga usaglašena sa evropskim standardima i da su od velikog značaja za akademsku zajednicu u Srbiji. Kako je istaknuto, posebno je važno što Srbija prvi put dobija zakon o studentskom organizovanju. U Zakonu o visokom obrazovanju do sada je prepoznat bio samo studentski parlament kao vid organizovanja. Nacrtom Zakona o studentskom organizovanju omogućava se stvaranje različitih studentskih organizacija, poput studentskih konferencija, koje će imati u nadležnosti usaglašavanje stavova i koordinisanje studentskih parlamenata i uticaj na upisnu i javne politike od značaja za studentsku zajednicu, kao i unapređenje njenog položaja. Predstavnici Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja pozvali su danas stručnu javnost i sve zainteresovane da se uključe u javnu raspravu koja traje do 17. aprila.
