Reka Kamenica generacijama Čačana bila je primer kako izgleda čista i bistra reka. Mnogima od nas bila je i omiljeno kupalište u vrelim letnjim danima, naročito na lokaciji kaskada. Danas Kamenica liči na blatnjavi vodotok u koji ni svog psa ne biste pustili.
Šta je uzrok tome?
Kako su nam javili naši čitaoci iz reke Kamenice se nezakonito vadi šoder. Na pitanje kako znaju da je u pitanju bespravno uzimanje šodera iz rečnog toka, rekli su nam da je osnov za sumnju taj da se šoder vadi samo u dane vikenda, a ne i radnim danima kada je radno vreme nadležnih inspekcija.
Da odmah razjasnimo ko je za šta nadležan. Na spisku inspekcijskih službi u Moravičkom upravnom okrugu je i Vodna inspekcija, čija nadležnost je, između ostalog i kontrola eksploatacije mineralnih sirovina iz korita vodotoka (šljunak, pesak, kamen).
Pozvali smo danas Slađanu Pašajlić, šeficu Vodne inspekcije za Raški okrug, koja je ujedno nadležna i za Moravički okrug i pitali je da li joj je poznato i da li ima prijavu građana da se iz reke Kamenice neovlašćeno vadi šljunak.
Nemam takvu informaciju i molim građane koji imaju saznanja ili sumnje da se obrate Moravičkom upravnom okrugu i inspektori naše službe izaći će na teren i postupiti po propisanoj proceduri – kaže Slađana Pašajlić.
Dozvolu za eksploataciju šljunka iz rečnog korita izdaje JVP „Srbijavode“. Da podsetimo, to je ono državno javno preduzeće čiji direktor je nedavno zajedno sa gradonačelnikom Čačka, mimo svih propisa i na svoju ruku, odobrio vađenje šljunka iz Zapadne Morave iznad brane u Parmencu, za potrebe izgradnje podloge za auto-put. To je onaj šljunak koji je odvežen u preko sto kamiona dok nije stigla zabrana vodnog inspektora. Gradonačelnik Milun Todorović nam je objasnio da je to bilo „uzorkovanje“ šljunka, a direktor JVP „Srbijavode“ nam poručio da će se vađenje šljunka iz Morave nastaviti čim se dobiju svi potrebni papiri.
Vratimo se „uzorkovanju“ šljunka iz vodotoka Kamenice. U ovom trenutku zatekli smo mehanizaciju i kamione jednog čačanskog preduzeća kako eksploatiše rečni šljunak. U dostupnim podacima na sajtu JVP „Srbijavode“ nismo pronašli saglasnost za ovu aktivnost.
Nemamo ni podatak da li to čačansko preduzeće radi na svoju ruku ili vrši prevozničku uslugu investitoru koji ima dozvolu za uzimanje šljunka, pa poštjući pretpostavku nevinosti nećemo ovoga puta objaviti koje preduzeće je u pitanju.
Ostavićemo nadležnim organima da u ponedeljak ili najkasnije utorak izađu sa zvaničnim podacima o čemu se radi, sa nadom da će onaj ko vadi šljunak iz Kamenice, ako to radi nelegalno, odmah prestati sa tom aktivnošću.
Ono što ovoga puta sa sigurnošću možemo objaviti to je da šljunak iz Kamenice završava na gradilištu čiji je investitor „Autocentar Andrić“ doo.
