Predsednik opštine Prijepolje, Vladimir Babić, potpisao je ugovor o sanaciji i rekultivaciji nesanitarne deponije Stanjevine, sa užičkom firmom „MPP Jedinstvo ad Sevojno“.

Radovi vredni skoro 34 miliona dinara biće finansirani iz lokalnog budžeta. Ovu informaciju saopštili su medijima, na konferenciji za novinare, dva čelna čoveka opštine Vladimir Babić i Esad Hodžić.
Sanacija i rekultivacija nesanitarne deponije Stanjevine podrazumeva prikupljanje i uklanjanje otpada, potom presipanje zemljom, humusom, ozelenjavanjem cele površine i sadnju 350 sadnica zimzelenog rastinja duž magistralnog puta.
Prvi čovek opštine, Vladimir Babić, navodi da je deponija, koja je u minulim decenijama bila ruglo Prijepolja, zatvorena zahvaljujući razumevanju države i susednih opština, prevashodno Priboja, na čijoj deponiji se privremeno odlaže prijepoljsko smeće.
– Mnogo vremena i energije je potrošeno na smišljanje ideja, kako i na koji način da se reši problem deponovanja smeća u Prijepolju. Ništa ovo, što sada radimo, ne bi mogli učiniti bez pomoći nadležnog ministarstva i minstarke Irene Vujović, koja je pružila svu neophodnu pomoć i uključila svoje saradnike, kako bi rešili ovaj gorući problem za nas – navodi predsednik opštine Vladimir Babić.
Mehanizacija užičke firme “MPP Jedinstvo ad Sevojno” već je stigla u Prijepolje i radovi kreću u sredu. Zamenik predsednika opštine Esad Hodžić ističe da je rok za završetak radova 80 dana. On navodi, da je na zahtev resornog ministarstva, izvršeno mapiranje svih divljih deponije na području opštine te da je spisak prosleđen u Beograd.
– Prema proceni ekologa, na području Prijepolja nalazi se oko 150 tona otpada smeštenog na divljim deponijama koje treba ukloniti. Ministarstvo vodi projekat, gde su od nas tražili ove podatke. Dali smo i procenjenu vrednost koliko bi koštali radovi, da bi se uklonile sve divlje deponije i nadamo se podršci i sa te strane – ističe Hodžić.
