Prijepolje/Priboj/Nova Varoš – Nacionalna služba za zapošljavanje raspisala je danas Javni poziv za realizaciju programa podsticanja zapošljavanja mladih “Moja prva plata” u ovoj godini.
Kako je precizirano, realizacija će se sprovoditi kroz četiri faze, a prva faza realizacije programa namenjena je isključivo poslodavcima. Oni se od danas do 20. septembra mogu prijaviti na sajtu www.mojaprvaplata.gov.rs, dok je druga faza realizacije programa namenjena nezaposlenim licima, koji će se od 1. do 31. oktobra prijavljivati na sajtu www.mojaprvaplata.gov.rs.
Treća faza podrazumeva izbor kandidata, što će obaviti poslodavci. Ukazano je da poslodavci imaju mogućnost selekcije prijavljenih kandidata od početka njihove prijave. Konačan izbor kandidata će poslodavci iz privatnog sektora vršiti od 1. do 15. novembra, a poslodavci iz javnog sektora od 16. do 30. novembra.
U roku od 15 dana od dana završetka izbora kandidata formiraće se konačne liste poslodavaca sa izabranim kandidatima i biće dostupne na sajtu www.mojaprvaplata.gov.rs.
Četvrta faza realizacije programa je potpisivanje trojnog ugovora izmedju NSZ, poslodavca i izabranog kandidata i početak sprovodjenja programa, u roku od 15 dana od dana formiranja konačne liste poslodavaca sa izabranim kandidatima.
Planirano je da se u program uključi do 10.000 mladih, sa srednjim i visokim obrazovanjem, do navršenih 30 godina života. Uslov je da nemaju radno iskustvo, odnosno imaju najviše do šest meseci radnog iskustva na poslovima u okviru nivoa obrazovanja sa kojim konkurišu i da se nalaze na evidenciji nezaposlenih NSZ u trenutku zaključivanja Ugovora o realizaciji programa.
Program, koji se odnosi na privatni i javni sektor, sprovodiće se kod poslodavca u trajanju od devet meseci, bez zasnivanja radnog odnosa.
Prioritet za uključivanje u program imaju poslodavci iz privatnog sektora, a naročito poslodavci iz devastiranih područja, u skladu sa propisom Vlade Srbije o stepenu razvijenosti jedinica lokalne samouprave.
Ukazano je da se ovim programom daje mogućnost mladima koji nemaju radno iskustvo da obave praksu na konkretnim poslovima kod poslodavca, u cilju sticanja znanja, veština i kompetencija za rad i na taj način povećaju svoje mogućnosti za zapošljavanje.
Tokom trajanja programa NSZ će isplaćivati novčanu naknadu u iznosu od 22.000 dinara mladima sa srednjim obrazovanjem, odnosno 26.000 dinara sa visokim obrazovanjem, na mesečnom nivou, i uplaćivati doprinos za slučaj povrede na radu i profesionalne bolesti.
Javni poziv dostupan je na sajtu Nacionalne službe za zapošljavanje (www.nsz.gov.rs) i sajtu Moja prva plata (www.mojaprvaplata.gov.rs).
