U dvorištu Narodnog muzeja u Čačku zainteresovani polaznici imali su priliku da saznaju više o tehnici makrame. Škola makramea- umetničkog vezivanja čvorova organizovana je u saradnji sa Udruženjem ,,Stracimirov zapis” I Narodnim muzejem, uz finansijsku podršku lokalne samouprave. Makrame je stara tehnika koja se sastoji iz dva osnovna čvora I par pomoćnih. Ova umetnost je bila rasprostranjena i među mornarima koji su u časovima dokolice, svoju umešnost u pravljenju čvorova koristili za izradu brojnih korisnih predmeta . Njeni tragovi dosežu iz Asirske umetnosti , a zahvaljujući Mavarima , stigla je u Španiju, a zatim I u Evropu. U našoj zemlji za nju mnogi ne znaju, a kada se upoznaju vrlo brzo im postane I omiljena tehnika. Školu makramea vodio je iskusni predavač, dizajner Vladimir Radulović . Vladimir je nakon odlaska u penziju napisao knjigu ,, Makrame “ , umetnst vezivanja čvorova po kojoj I drži časove, ne samo u Srbiji već I van granica naše zemlje sa željom da polaznike obuči tajnama jedne od najstarijih tehnika ručnog rada.
