Još se saniraju posledice štete koja je pre dva dana naneta u pojedinim krajevima Srbije. Slike nevremena iz ugroženih područja deluju gotovo neverovatno. Meštani kažu da se sve desilo brzo i da je padao grad veličine kokošijeg jajeta. Da li je ovo bilo, ipak, netipično nevreme?

Direktor Republičkog hidrometeorološkog zavoda Srbije Jugoslav Nikolić objašnjava da je oluja koja je pogodila Srbiju bila uslovljena ciklonom koji se iz Sredozemlja premeštao ka Balkanu.

U interakciji sa jugozapadnom mlaznom strujom na visini, stvoreni su uslovi za vrlo intenzivnu olujnu nepogodu, napominje Nikolić.

Takva oluja, kaže, nije tipična za ove prostore, ali se povremeno dešava.

“Stvoreni su najmoćniji mogući olujno-gradonosni oblaci, superćelijski kumulonimbusi, sa visinom vrha preko 16 kilometara, olujnim, vetrom, pljuskovima i gradom”, navodi Nikolić.

Dodaje da su ti superćelijski kumulonimbusi imali energiju jedne ili više termonuklearnih bombi.

Prema njegovim rečima, grad je elementarna nepogoda koja se nikakvim sredstvima ne može sprečiti.

“Da može, to bi uradili Amerikanci i ne bi imali štetu od 20 milijardi godišnje. Mi činimo sve što je moguće da se efekti nepogode smanje na najmanju moguću meru”, napominje direktor RHMZ-a.

Led iz gradonosnih oblaka ne može da se otopi, kaže Nikolić i objašnjava da je princip dejstva raketa da se ubaci reagens u određenu zonu oblaka.

“On utiče na mikrofizičkom nivou, da se stvori što više sitnijih zrna grada. Oni se do zemlje ili otope ili padne sitniji grad, to je princip dejstva. Prednost raketnog sistema je što se direktno gađa cilj bez ugrožavanja ljudskih života”, navodi Nikolić.

Dodaje da je pred početak sezone obezbeđeno 18.000 raketa što je, navodi, apsolutni rekord.

Tokom poslednjeg nevremena dejstvovalo se sa osam radarskih centara, odnosno 196 lansirnih stanica.

“Ispaljeno je 990 raketa. U Kruševcu je ispaljeno 610 raketa, to je apsolutni rekord u poslednjih 40 godina na toj stanici”, ukazuje Nikolić dodajući da je ipak došlo do pojave grada.

Smatra da bi šteta bila veća da nije bilo raketa.

“Nepogoda je zahvatila trećinu naše zemlje, oko 2,5 miliona hektara. Od 2,5 miliona zahvaćene površine, uhvatili smo gradonosna jezgra, to je 992.000 hektara, što je površina koja bi sigurno bila oštećena da nije bilo zaštite. Šteta se sada meri promilima, iako je na određenim mestima apsolutna i dramatična za onog čiji je posed pogođen. Ipak je to mali procenat ukupno”, navodi direktor Republičkog hidrometeorološkog zavoda.

Još se saniraju posledice štete koja je pre dva dana naneta u pojedinim krajevima Srbije. Slike nevremena iz ugroženih područja deluju gotovo neverovatno. Meštani kažu da se sve desilo brzo i da je padao grad veličine kokošijeg jajeta. Da li je ovo bilo, ipak, netipično nevreme?

Direktor Republičkog hidrometeorološkog zavoda Srbije Jugoslav Nikolić objašnjava da je oluja koja je pogodila Srbiju bila uslovljena ciklonom koji se iz Sredozemlja premeštao ka Balkanu.

U interakciji sa jugozapadnom mlaznom strujom na visini, stvoreni su uslovi za vrlo intenzivnu olujnu nepogodu, napominje Nikolić.

Takva oluja, kaže, nije tipična za ove prostore, ali se povremeno dešava.

“Stvoreni su najmoćniji mogući olujno-gradonosni oblaci, superćelijski kumulonimbusi, sa visinom vrha preko 16 kilometara, olujnim, vetrom, pljuskovima i gradom”, navodi Nikolić.

Dodaje da su ti superćelijski kumulonimbusi imali energiju jedne ili više termonuklearnih bombi.

Prema njegovim rečima, grad je elementarna nepogoda koja se nikakvim sredstvima ne može sprečiti.

“Da može, to bi uradili Amerikanci i ne bi imali štetu od 20 milijardi godišnje. Mi činimo sve što je moguće da se efekti nepogode smanje na najmanju moguću meru”, napominje direktor RHMZ-a.

Led iz gradonosnih oblaka ne može da se otopi, kaže Nikolić i objašnjava da je princip dejstva raketa da se ubaci reagens u određenu zonu oblaka.

“On utiče na mikrofizičkom nivou, da se stvori što više sitnijih zrna grada. Oni se do zemlje ili otope ili padne sitniji grad, to je princip dejstva. Prednost raketnog sistema je što se direktno gađa cilj bez ugrožavanja ljudskih života”, navodi Nikolić.

Dodaje da je pred početak sezone obezbeđeno 18.000 raketa što je, navodi, apsolutni rekord.

Tokom poslednjeg nevremena dejstvovalo se sa osam radarskih centara, odnosno 196 lansirnih stanica.

“Ispaljeno je 990 raketa. U Kruševcu je ispaljeno 610 raketa, to je apsolutni rekord u poslednjih 40 godina na toj stanici”, ukazuje Nikolić dodajući da je ipak došlo do pojave grada.

Smatra da bi šteta bila veća da nije bilo raketa.

“Nepogoda je zahvatila trećinu naše zemlje, oko 2,5 miliona hektara. Od 2,5 miliona zahvaćene površine, uhvatili smo gradonosna jezgra, to je 992.000 hektara, što je površina koja bi sigurno bila oštećena da nije bilo zaštite. Šteta se sada meri promilima, iako je na određenim mestima apsolutna i dramatična za onog čiji je posed pogođen. Ipak je to mali procenat ukupno”, navodi direktor Republičkog hidrometeorološkog zavoda.
