Otkako je nastupila pandemija, mnogi su uvideli koliko prednosti imaju kuća i dvorište u odnosu na stan, te ne čudi “probijanje” ovog trenda…

Brvnare i planinske kuće su postale broj jedan od momenta kada je krenula korona kriza, odnosno kada su ljudi dobili potrebu da se izoluju negde u prirodi. Ali, sve i da su našli neki smeštaj na planini, nije im bilo svejedno gde su: u apartmanu ili kući sa dvorištem.

U prilog tome ide i činjenica da se na Zlatiboru trenutno prodaje kuća 111 m2 za čak 300.000 evra, što znači da je cena po kvadratu oko 2.700 evra. Poređenja radi, takve cene nalazimo u centru Beograda ili na Vračaru. Ova domaća planina definitivno postaje urbani grad za sebe, dobro snabdeven, a opet – izolovan.

I u SAD je zabeležen sličan trend: masovno su se kupovale, doduše, luksuznije stambene kuće na obodima gradovima, mada je bilo interesovanja i sa ruralna područja, kuće usred šume, kraj jezera, sa bazenom. Da su ljudi sada više zainteresovani za zakup kuća umesto apartmana na planinama, govore i cene.

One se, kada je reč o stanovima u stambenim zgradama kojih je sve više na Zlatiboru, nisu drastično menjale, ni kada je reč o ceni izdavanja: možete naći apartman već za 18 evra/noć, mada je prosek 25-35 evra. S druge strane, kuće se izdaju za oko 100 evra. Naravno, treba imati u vidu da je reč o mnogo većem prostoru.

Mnogim gostima je sve više gušt da, kada već menjaju rutinu, promene i način života na tih nekoliko dana. Zato traže novi doživljaj: ispijanje kafe u dvorištu ili kraj kamina. Život “u 4 zida” ih uglavnom asocira na grad, i stoga je ta opcija sekundarna – mada su apartmani svakako krcati tokom sezone, jer je navala velika.

Takođe, roštiljanje se istaklo kao jedna od zabava na odmoru koja je dominirala tokom 2020, jer mnogi nisu išli na more, te su ga zamenili planinama i banjama, a tamo im je trebao dodatni užitak, mimo odmaranja i šetanja. Osim toga, možda ste primetili koliko su gostima atraktivniji objekti sa opisom “etno” ili “rustično”.

Upravo zato se i brnvare dobro kotiraju, a najbolja stvar u vezi sa njima je cena i relativno lako montiranje. Brvnare cene se kreću od 1.300 evra, ali to je samo polazna tačka: treba dodatno da ulažete kako biste dobili topao prostor, dobro opremljen. Neke firme ih isporuče za 5 do 15 dana, a zavisno od kvadrature – vairira i cena.

Uglavnom se rade tipske brvnare, od poluoblica ili ravnih brvna. Postoje opcione doplate za metalno postolje, a jedna omanja tipska brvnara sa montažom na kućnoj adresi, košta u proseku 3.450 evra.
