Energetska kriza koja potresa svet ukazala je na neophodnost strateških rezervi energenata. Osim “obaveznih rezervi nafte i derivata” koje formira država, u našoj zemlji od ove godine i naftne kompanije moraju da obezbede takozvane “operativne rezerve goriva za četiri dana”, u promet uvedu dizel i benzin sa udelom “biogoriva” i primene nove oznake za derivate koje važe u EU. Zemlje Evropske unije imaju dvomesečne i tromesečne rezerve sirove nafte i derivata. Tu direktivu postepeno usklađuje i naša zemlja Tome će, uz “obavezne rezerve”, od ove godine doprineti i “operativne rezerve” naftnih kompanija koje posluju na našem tržištu: u prvih šest meseci moraju izgraditi ili zakupiti skladišta, a na zalihama od jula moraju imati derivate za četiri dana svoje prosečne potrošnje iz prethodne godine. “To će zapravo biti jedan stepen sigurnosti snabdevanja tržišta, da neki od poremećaja koji mogu da nastanu u kraćem vremenskom periodu mogu da budu prevaziđeni korišćenjem tih operativnih rezervi”, objašnjava Tomislav Mićović, generalni sekretar Udruženja naftnih kompanija Srbije. Raša Kojčić, pomoćnik ministarke rudarstva i energetike, ističe da u ovom momentu u rezervama energenata kojim upravlja Ministarstvo energetike imamo rezervi za trideset i po dana, što je 30 posto više nego prethodne godine. “Plan nam je da u 2022. rezerve dostignu nivo od 65 dana prosečne potrošnje”, ističe Kojčić. Druga obaveza je da stave u promet dizel i benzin sa biogorivom. Procenat udela tog čistog goriva u derivatu do kraja 2022. biće 0,5 odsto, a u 2024. godini mora biti povećan na jedan procenat. “Trebalo bi da se uvedu evropske oznake koje postoje i u standardu Srbije za obeležavanje vrsta goriva, što podrazumeva i obeležavanja udela biogoriva koji se nalazi u bezinu ili dizelu”, kaže Tomislav Mićović. Jedinstvene, latiničke oznake za sve derivate zameniće stare na svim automatima za točenje goriva.
