Presudom novosadskog Apelacionog suda, Dejan Dabović (30) iz Herceg Novog pravnosnažno je osuđen na kaznu doživotnog zatvora za ubistvo svoje bivše devojke Dušanke Jocović (25), 26. decembra 2019. godine na novosadskoj Grbavici.
Kako je juče saopšteno, najteža kazna predviđena Krivičnim zakonikom Srbije Daboviću je potvrđena za počinjeno teško ubistvo iz bezobzirne osvete, nakon što je Jocovićeva sa njim raskinula dugogodišnju emotivnu vezu.
– Presudom Apelacionog suda odbijena je, kao neosnovana, žalba branioca okrivljenog i u celosti potvrđena prvostepena presuda Višeg suda u Novom Sadu – navedeno je u saopštenju uz napomenu da je to druga pravnosnažna presuda o izricanju najteže zatvorske kazne u Srbiji, pišu Novosti.
Na doživotnu robiju prvi je osuđen Ninoslav Jovanović iz Malče, zbog otmice i zlostavljanja devojčice iz Niša.
Podsećamo da je u Višem sudu u Novom Sadu 24. marta ove godine petočlano sudsko veće, kojem je predsedavala sudija Ivana Josifović, izreklo Daboviću kaznu doživotnog zatvora za krivična dela teško ubistvo i razbojništvo. U presudi izrečenoj tada u prisustvu okrivljenog navedeno je da je Dabović, prilikom izvršenja tog teškog krivičnog dela, ispred zgrade u novosadskoj Ulici Alekse Šantića, bio svestan svog postupka.
Kako je utvrđeno tokom suđenja, Dabović je nakon prepirke četiri puta ubo Dušanku po vratu i grudima i naneo joj druge povrede nožem, koji je doneo kada je iz Herceg Novog dan ranije došao u Novi Sad gde je nesrećna devojka živela i radila. Dušanka je desetak minuta trpela bolove jakog intenziteta i od tih teških povreda preminula.
-Poslednjih godinu dana, otkako sam u pritvoru, stalno razmišljam o tome šta sam uradio i kajem se. Sećam se da sam Dušanku udarao pesnicama po glavi i ničega više. Ne znam kada sam izvadio nož. Sledeće čega se sećam je dolazak u sobu u hostelu – ispričao je svojevremeno Dabović pred sudom.
Kako se podseća u saopštenju, Dabović je obavezan da majci pokojne Dušanke isplati naknadu materijalne i nematerijalne štete kao i naknadu na ime uobičajenih troškova sahrane, a sestra pokojnice je, sa svojim imovinskopravnim zahtevom, upućena na parnicu.
Dabović je osuđen i zbog toga što je u danu koji je prethodio ubistvu, u objektu kladionice “Liman” uperivši nož u radnicu oduzeo dnevni pazar i prisvojio ukupno 11.300 dinara.
Dabović se nalazi u pritvoru od 26. decembra 2019. kada je uhapšen.
