Kako je objavio RTS, već u septembru Vlada će izaći sa detaljnim rešenjem tog višedecenijskog problema.

Potvrđeno je da će biti olakšana legalizacija građanima koji su rešavali egzistencijalno pitanje, dok će se 10 odsto onih koji su gradili na divlje zbog zarade suočiti sa rušenjem objekata.

U našoj zemlji još ima i oko dva i po miliona neuknjiženih bespravno izgrađenih kuća i drugih objekata. Taj posao koče nerešeni imovisko-prvni odnosi, ali najviše spora administracija, a neretko i korupcija posebno na lokalu.

Ministar građevinarstva, saobraćaja i infrastrukture Tomislav Momirović kaže da se već neko vreme primećuje da legalizacija ne ide tempom koji je zakon predvideo.

“Zakon je predvideo da upišemo sve objekte do 2023. godine. Mi ne odustajemo od tog datuma”, ističe Momirović.

I struka apeluje na hitno masovno uknjiženje jer zbog nelegalizovanih objekata štetu trpe svi: državni budžet, građevinarstvo kao grana privrede, a najviše građani.

Bez papira o ozakonjenju ne mogu dobiti ni priključak za struju, grejanje, gas a sada ni subvencije za energetsku efikasnost.

“Mora da se realizuje kako bi i država i proizvodnja i sami ljudi koji imaju takve objekte došli do zakonskog objekta koji može da im da i kredit i novi posao i da ga stave u promet da ga prodaju. Ovako je sve zakočeno, imaćemo mnogo problema ako se pod hitno ne reši ta legalizacija”, naglašava potpredsednik Građevinske komore Srbije Goran Rodić.

Iz Vlade su potvrdili da traže sistemski model koji će olakšati legalizaciju ljudima koji su bespravnom gradnjom rešavali egzistenciju. A takvih je računaju 90 odsto.

“Suština je da ćemo ljudima koji su nelegalnom gradnjom rešili svoje socijalno, odnosno stambeno pitanje omogućiti da maksimalno jednostavno uknjiže svoje objekte. A da ljudi koji su u tome videli priliku za biznis, ostvarivali materijalnu korist čineći krivično delo oni neće biti abolirani”, kaže ministar Tomislav Momirović.

Novi Zakon o legalizaciji se priprema a jedna od stavki koja se nezvanično već pominje, je da se svi objekti izgrađeni do 2015. godine automatski upišu u katastar. Sve procedure i institucije koje su komplikovale taj posao biće eliminisane.

Kako je objavio RTS, već u septembru Vlada će izaći sa detaljnim rešenjem tog višedecenijskog problema.

Potvrđeno je da će biti olakšana legalizacija građanima koji su rešavali egzistencijalno pitanje, dok će se 10 odsto onih koji su gradili na divlje zbog zarade suočiti sa rušenjem objekata.

U našoj zemlji još ima i oko dva i po miliona neuknjiženih bespravno izgrađenih kuća i drugih objekata. Taj posao koče nerešeni imovisko-prvni odnosi, ali najviše spora administracija, a neretko i korupcija posebno na lokalu.

Ministar građevinarstva, saobraćaja i infrastrukture Tomislav Momirović kaže da se već neko vreme primećuje da legalizacija ne ide tempom koji je zakon predvideo.

“Zakon je predvideo da upišemo sve objekte do 2023. godine. Mi ne odustajemo od tog datuma”, ističe Momirović.

I struka apeluje na hitno masovno uknjiženje jer zbog nelegalizovanih objekata štetu trpe svi: državni budžet, građevinarstvo kao grana privrede, a najviše građani.

Bez papira o ozakonjenju ne mogu dobiti ni priključak za struju, grejanje, gas a sada ni subvencije za energetsku efikasnost.

“Mora da se realizuje kako bi i država i proizvodnja i sami ljudi koji imaju takve objekte došli do zakonskog objekta koji može da im da i kredit i novi posao i da ga stave u promet da ga prodaju. Ovako je sve zakočeno, imaćemo mnogo problema ako se pod hitno ne reši ta legalizacija”, naglašava potpredsednik Građevinske komore Srbije Goran Rodić.

Iz Vlade su potvrdili da traže sistemski model koji će olakšati legalizaciju ljudima koji su bespravnom gradnjom rešavali egzistenciju. A takvih je računaju 90 odsto.

“Suština je da ćemo ljudima koji su nelegalnom gradnjom rešili svoje socijalno, odnosno stambeno pitanje omogućiti da maksimalno jednostavno uknjiže svoje objekte. A da ljudi koji su u tome videli priliku za biznis, ostvarivali materijalnu korist čineći krivično delo oni neće biti abolirani”, kaže ministar Tomislav Momirović.

Novi Zakon o legalizaciji se priprema a jedna od stavki koja se nezvanično već pominje, je da se svi objekti izgrađeni do 2015. godine automatski upišu u katastar. Sve procedure i institucije koje su komplikovale taj posao biće eliminisane.
