Očuvanje narodne tradicije I starih zanata motivisalo je Čačanku Jelenu Vasiljević Tajević, da usled nedostatka primarnog posla pažnju posveti jedinsvenom zanatu izradi torbica od drveta i pamučnog konca. Jelenin rad se izdvaja od ostalih i po tome što je sve isključivo od prirodnog materijala. Da je istina da je zanat zlata vredan pokazuje priča Jelene Vasiljević Tajević. Prve korake u pletenju prenela joj je svekrova ,a ona je nastavila da nadograđuje svoje znanje kako bi pre svega za sebe , ali i za ostale napravila unikatne torbe. Za izradu jedne torbe potrebno je do šest , sedam sati, ali naša sagovornica ističe da je za nju ovaj posao pravo uživanje i opuštanje. U današnje vreme primetno je da društvo teži da u koraku sa savremenim trendovima očuva i stare zanate. Etnolog, Snežana Šaponjić Ašanin npominje da su etno motivi oduvek u modi . Kombinacija različitih dezena, šara , simbola ukazuje na to ko smo, šta smo a istovremeno smo u trendu.
