Organska hrana i zdrave emocije za bolji imunitet

DUB/BAJINA BAŠTA – Organska ishrana i prirodni sokovi su pravi melem za ljudski organizam i odličan način za podizanje imuniteta. Međutim, to nema efekta ukoliko ne očistimo emocije, um, telo i dušu, tvrdi doktor prirodne medicine iz sela Dub kod Bajine Bašte.

Prirodna medicina ne leči već revitalizuje imiuni sistem koji sam sebe reguliše, a za to su nam, prema rečima doktora prirdone medicine iz Bajine Bašte, potrebne biljke. U ishrani nikako nije poželjno meso jer stvara ksielost krvi, kao ni pasterizovano mleko.

„Pasulj ima najviše proteina, kao i soja. U 100 grama soje ima 43 proteiona više nego u junećem mesu i ima 20 aminokiselina koje su potrebne organizmu“, kaže doktor prirodne medicine Milovan Hadži Milošević.

Biljke kroz fotosintezu neorganske minerale pretvaraju u organske koje krv može da apsorbuje i unese u ćelije.

„Sve žitarice imaju minerale, vitamine i enzime koji su potrebni za organizam, a u paketu imaju mahunarke i suvo povrće“, doaje Hadži Milošević.

Za detoksikaciju organizma, naročito kod teških bolesti, najbolje je koristii vodu i sokove od organskog voća i povrća.

„Cvekla, šargarepa, celer, krompir i rotkva su tih pet biljaka od kojih se pravi sok i pije se maksimalno 21 ili 42 dana od jedne osmine do jedne četvrtine litra“, kaže Hadži Milošević.

Milovan napominje da je čovek potpuno zdrav kada očisti telo, um, dušu i emocije.

„Emocionalno čišćenje organizma znači da nema tuge, žalosti i stresa. Sve što se desilo mi to izmeniti ne možemo“, zaključuje doktor prirodne medicine.

Priroda je apoteka pod vedrim nebom, tvrdi Milovan, a sve što nam treba je u već našoj blizini.
