Direktor vladine Kancelarije za borbu protiv droga Milan Pekić kaže za RTS da je u Srbiji oko 80.000 zavisnika od droge. Upozorava da kod mladih opada svest da je marihuana štetna po zdravlje.

Pandemija koronavirusa povećala je upotrebu, ali i proizvodnju droge sa posledicama koje će se verovatno osećati “godinama”, upozorile su UN u izveštaju koji je pre dva dana predstavljen u Beču a zatim i u Beogradu.

Milan Pekić je, gostujući u Jutarnjem programu RTS-a, naveo da u Srbiji ima oko 80.000 zavisnika od droge.

“Da, postoji droga u Srbiji, ali ne postoji zemlja na svetu čiji građani nemaju problem sa drogom. U Srbiji ima oko 80.000 zavisnika. Kada pogledamo Evropu i svet mi smo ispod svih preseka. Imamo bolju situaciju u odnosu na njih”, dodaje Pekić.

Marihuana je najčešće korišćena droga, a mladi, kako kaže, zbog izjava koje nisu zasnovane na dokazima a koje se puštaju u etar, nisu svesni njenih posledica po zdravlje.

“To zbuni decu. Mora biti jasno razgraničeno šta je dobro, a šta loše, da naša deca znaju šta je pozitivno, a šta negativno. Često se priča o marihuani, i opada svest mladih da je ona štetna. Zato treba jasno reći da je marihuana droga, da izaziva probleme po zdravlje ljudi, najčešće su to problemi sa plućima, maligna oboljenja grla. Jednostavno to je istina, to je dokazano istraživanjima i zakonom, tako to treba i predstavljati”, objašnjava Pekić. 

Ističe da je od ključnog značaja da svi ljudi i organi koji se bave ovim problemom razmenjuju informacije, da one budu dostupne građanim, kako bi oni iz pouzdanih i proverenih izvora bili informisani šta je dobro, a šta loše.

Prema podacima izveštaja, u proteklih godinu dana 275 miliona ljudi je koristilo drogu, a od toga 36 miliona imalo je ozbiljne posledice zbog upotrebe tih droga. Izračunato je da je za tih godinu dana izgubljeno 18 miliona godina zdravog života i od tih 36 miliona, 11 miliona ljudi uzima drogu venski i otprilike 50 odsto njih ima problem sa hepatitisom C.

“To znači da je tim ljudima potrebno lečenje, vi te ljude morate da lečite, ne možete da ih ostavite prepuštene sami sebi. Obično su to ljudi koji nemaju finansijska sredstva, a lečenje hepatitisa traži i novac tako da su sve to problemi sa kojima se oni susreću”, objašnjava Pekić.

Pandemija nije zaustavila krijumčare narkotika

Kako kaže, pandemija nije uspela da zaustavi krijumčare da nastave distribuciju narkotika, koji, kako kaže, dolaze iz Avganistana preko Turske. Avganistan, koji proizvodi više od 80 odsto opijuma na svetu, zabeležio je skok od 37 odsto uzgoja maka.

Pekić kaže, da je u početku pandemije, a usled mera koje su utvrdile različite države radi sprečavanja širenja virusa kovid 19, na globalnom nivou došlo do prekida nekih lanaca snabdevanja trgovine drogom, što je rezultiralo time da se pronalaze alternativni putevi za snabdavanje tržišta.

“Oni sa onom količinom novca kojom raspolažu su našli puteve i način da to krijumčare i u toku pandemije”, naveo je Pekić.

Direktor vladine Kancelarije za borbu protiv droga Milan Pekić kaže za RTS da je u Srbiji oko 80.000 zavisnika od droge. Upozorava da kod mladih opada svest da je marihuana štetna po zdravlje.

Pandemija koronavirusa povećala je upotrebu, ali i proizvodnju droge sa posledicama koje će se verovatno osećati “godinama”, upozorile su UN u izveštaju koji je pre dva dana predstavljen u Beču a zatim i u Beogradu.

Milan Pekić je, gostujući u Jutarnjem programu RTS-a, naveo da u Srbiji ima oko 80.000 zavisnika od droge.

“Da, postoji droga u Srbiji, ali ne postoji zemlja na svetu čiji građani nemaju problem sa drogom. U Srbiji ima oko 80.000 zavisnika. Kada pogledamo Evropu i svet mi smo ispod svih preseka. Imamo bolju situaciju u odnosu na njih”, dodaje Pekić.

Marihuana je najčešće korišćena droga, a mladi, kako kaže, zbog izjava koje nisu zasnovane na dokazima a koje se puštaju u etar, nisu svesni njenih posledica po zdravlje.

“To zbuni decu. Mora biti jasno razgraničeno šta je dobro, a šta loše, da naša deca znaju šta je pozitivno, a šta negativno. Često se priča o marihuani, i opada svest mladih da je ona štetna. Zato treba jasno reći da je marihuana droga, da izaziva probleme po zdravlje ljudi, najčešće su to problemi sa plućima, maligna oboljenja grla. Jednostavno to je istina, to je dokazano istraživanjima i zakonom, tako to treba i predstavljati”, objašnjava Pekić. 

Ističe da je od ključnog značaja da svi ljudi i organi koji se bave ovim problemom razmenjuju informacije, da one budu dostupne građanim, kako bi oni iz pouzdanih i proverenih izvora bili informisani šta je dobro, a šta loše.

Prema podacima izveštaja, u proteklih godinu dana 275 miliona ljudi je koristilo drogu, a od toga 36 miliona imalo je ozbiljne posledice zbog upotrebe tih droga. Izračunato je da je za tih godinu dana izgubljeno 18 miliona godina zdravog života i od tih 36 miliona, 11 miliona ljudi uzima drogu venski i otprilike 50 odsto njih ima problem sa hepatitisom C.

“To znači da je tim ljudima potrebno lečenje, vi te ljude morate da lečite, ne možete da ih ostavite prepuštene sami sebi. Obično su to ljudi koji nemaju finansijska sredstva, a lečenje hepatitisa traži i novac tako da su sve to problemi sa kojima se oni susreću”, objašnjava Pekić.

Pandemija nije zaustavila krijumčare narkotika

Kako kaže, pandemija nije uspela da zaustavi krijumčare da nastave distribuciju narkotika, koji, kako kaže, dolaze iz Avganistana preko Turske. Avganistan, koji proizvodi više od 80 odsto opijuma na svetu, zabeležio je skok od 37 odsto uzgoja maka.

Pekić kaže, da je u početku pandemije, a usled mera koje su utvrdile različite države radi sprečavanja širenja virusa kovid 19, na globalnom nivou došlo do prekida nekih lanaca snabdevanja trgovine drogom, što je rezultiralo time da se pronalaze alternativni putevi za snabdavanje tržišta.

“Oni sa onom količinom novca kojom raspolažu su našli puteve i način da to krijumčare i u toku pandemije”, naveo je Pekić.
