Prema zvaničnim podacima iz SAD, Italije, Kine i Velike Britanije trećina preminulih od korona virusa imalo je dijabetes kao primarnu bolest. Zbog toga je mnoge obradovala vest da će nadležni vrlo brzo staviti najnoviju terapiju za dijabetes na pozitivnu listu lekova RFZO.

Prof. dr Edita Stokić rekla je da pacijenti koji boluju od dijabetesa češće oboljevaju i od koronavirusa i brzo razvijaju kliničku sliku, a kada se uzme u obzir podatak da imamo 750.000 dijabetičara, a još poloviu onih koji nisu identifikovali bolest, vidi se koliki je problem.

Prema njenim rečima, pored dijabetesa tipa dva i gojaznost se ispoljio kao faktor rizoka za oboljevanje od koronavirusa.

“Najnovija istraživanja su pokazala da je dijabetes značajan kao faktor rizika za oboljevanje od kovida 19, ali ne sam po sebi, nego stanje glikoregulacije, odnosno kako je regulisano prisustvo šećera u krvi”, navela je Stokićeva.

Dodala je da dijabetes dovodi do pojave kardiovaskularnih bolesti, a to da je 40 odsto takvih pacijenata zahtevalo hemodijalizu, ukazuje koliko je važno da se kod ovih pacijenata postigne dobra glikoregulacija.

“Mi sada insistiramo i RFZO je razmatrao mogućnost da se grupa lekova LGL T2 i LZLT2 inhibitori uvrste na pozitivnu listu lekova. To su lekovi koji deluju neovisno o lučenju pankreasa, stimulišu lučenje šećera putem mokraće što dovodi do snižavanja vrednosti šećera u krvi”, navela je profesorka i dodala da moderna glikologija ne insistira samo na dobroj glikoregulaciji već sagledavanju svih ostalih faktora rizika.

Prema njenim rečima, druga grupa lekova inhibitori snižavaju vrednost šećera u krvi, normalizuju pritisak, poboljšanju parametara masnoća, ali redukuju i redukuju telesnu masu.

“Ova grupa lekova predstavlja revoluciju u lečenju šećerne bolesti”, navela je Stokiće i naglasila da će uvođenje na pozitivnu listu lekova olakšati i pacijentima i lekarima borbu sa obe bolesti.

Prema zvaničnim podacima iz SAD, Italije, Kine i Velike Britanije trećina preminulih od korona virusa imalo je dijabetes kao primarnu bolest. Zbog toga je mnoge obradovala vest da će nadležni vrlo brzo staviti najnoviju terapiju za dijabetes na pozitivnu listu lekova RFZO.

Prof. dr Edita Stokić rekla je da pacijenti koji boluju od dijabetesa češće oboljevaju i od koronavirusa i brzo razvijaju kliničku sliku, a kada se uzme u obzir podatak da imamo 750.000 dijabetičara, a još poloviu onih koji nisu identifikovali bolest, vidi se koliki je problem.

Prema njenim rečima, pored dijabetesa tipa dva i gojaznost se ispoljio kao faktor rizoka za oboljevanje od koronavirusa.

“Najnovija istraživanja su pokazala da je dijabetes značajan kao faktor rizika za oboljevanje od kovida 19, ali ne sam po sebi, nego stanje glikoregulacije, odnosno kako je regulisano prisustvo šećera u krvi”, navela je Stokićeva.

Dodala je da dijabetes dovodi do pojave kardiovaskularnih bolesti, a to da je 40 odsto takvih pacijenata zahtevalo hemodijalizu, ukazuje koliko je važno da se kod ovih pacijenata postigne dobra glikoregulacija.

“Mi sada insistiramo i RFZO je razmatrao mogućnost da se grupa lekova LGL T2 i LZLT2 inhibitori uvrste na pozitivnu listu lekova. To su lekovi koji deluju neovisno o lučenju pankreasa, stimulišu lučenje šećera putem mokraće što dovodi do snižavanja vrednosti šećera u krvi”, navela je profesorka i dodala da moderna glikologija ne insistira samo na dobroj glikoregulaciji već sagledavanju svih ostalih faktora rizika.

Prema njenim rečima, druga grupa lekova inhibitori snižavaju vrednost šećera u krvi, normalizuju pritisak, poboljšanju parametara masnoća, ali redukuju i redukuju telesnu masu.

“Ova grupa lekova predstavlja revoluciju u lečenju šećerne bolesti”, navela je Stokiće i naglasila da će uvođenje na pozitivnu listu lekova olakšati i pacijentima i lekarima borbu sa obe bolesti.
