Poslodavci traže od Vlade smanjenje PDV i otpis poreza

Unija poslodavaca Srbije uputila je Vladi Srbije predlog mera za ublažavanje negativnih efekata pandemije virusa korana i podršku privredi Srbije, među kojima su smanjenje PDV u oblasti hotelijerstva i ugostiteljstva, kao i oslobađanje plaćanja poreza na dobit za najugroženije sektore kojima je u proteklom periodu bio zabranjen rad.

“Svesni smo epidemiološke situacije, nakon analize negativnih efekata prouzrokovanih istom na rad i poslovanje privrednih subjekata, stava smo da su potrebne dodatne mere ekonomske politike, kako bi se očuvao nivo prozvodnje i potrošnje, nivo zaposlenost i kako ne bi došlo do bankrotstva čitavih sektora” ističe se u pismu upućenom premijerki Ani Brnabić.

Naglašavaju da je prvenstveno važno naći rešenja koja će “omogućiti proizvodnom delu privrede da nesmetano radi, ali i najširem krugu uslužnih delatnosti, kako bi se izbegli nepotrebni troškovi oporavka do kojih može da dođe usled kidanja veza između radnika i preduzetnika”.

Poslodavci predlažu:

– smanjenje poreza na dodatu vrednost za hranu i piće na 10 odsto u okviru obavljanja delatnosti hotelijerstva i ugostiteljstva

– oslobađanje plaćanja poreza na dobit za najugroženije sektore kojima je u proteklom periodu bio zabranjen rad

– odlaganje plaćanja poreza i doprinosa na zarade za delatnosti kojima je u proteklom periodu bio ograničen (merama), odnosno otežan rad, te oslobađanje plaćanja doprinosa i poreza na zarade za delatnosti    kojim je bio zabranjen rad, odnosno onemogućen rad i poslovanje

– obustavljanje uvođenja novih taksi i drugih dažbina na republičkom i lokalnom nivou

– oslobađanje plaćanja taksi za korišćenje prostora na javnoj površini (letnje bašte, postavljanje reklamnih panoa i isticanje reklama), taksi za isticanje firme na poslovnom prostoru, reklame, taksi za zaštitu i unapređenje životne sredine, taksi za odvodnjavanje/navodnjavanje i ostalih taksi do kraja trajanja pandemije za sve poslodavce kojima je u proteklom periodu bio zabranjen ili ograničen rad.

“Odgovorno smatramo da je ovo put da se za najugroženije sektore nađu najprihvatljivija rešenja, tako da se ne optereti budžet, a da se privreda i samim tim i radna mesta sačuvaju, jer jaka privreda je jaka Srbija” poručuju poslodavci na kraju pisma upućenog premijerki.

– oslobađanje plaćanja taksi za korišćenje prostora na javnoj površini (letnje bašte, postavljanje reklamnih panoa i isticanje reklama), taksi za isticanje firme na poslovnom prostoru, reklame, taksi za zaštitu i unapređenje životne sredine, taksi za odvodnjavanje/navodnjavanje i ostalih taksi do kraja trajanja pandemije za sve poslodavce kojima je u proteklom periodu bio zabranjen ili ograničen rad.
