Uspešno poslovanje fabrike hartije

Fabrika hartije koja posluje kao ogranak firme Hizna iz Mršinaca poslovala je uspešno u prethodnoj godini uprkos problemima sa pandemijom koronavirusa.
Fabrika hartije završila je  2020. godinu  sa ukupnim obimom  proizvodnje od 4000 tona  sivog kartona, što predstavlja povećanje u odnosu na prethodnu 2019. za oko 700 tona. Takodje, I finansijski pokazatelji u poslovanju su bolji za oko 20 % u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. U pogonu fabrike hartije mesečno se proizvedeoko 400 tona  kartona koji se dobija  reciklažom starog otpadnog papira. Sivi karton koristi se u matičnoj firmi u Mršincima za izradu papirne ambalaže.Time je praktično zaokružen proivodni proces od sirovine do finalnog proizvoda.


“ U doba korone sam transport I isporuke su bile otežane , tako da mnogi nisu mogli da se baziraju na uvoz papira iz Italije. Mi smo imali mogućnost da se na vreme preorjentišemo I da proizvodnju papirne ambalaže zasnivamo na našoj proizvodnji kartona, a taj karton proizvodimo od recikliranog starog papira, kartona, papira”, pojašnjava  vlasnik firme Dragi Didanović.
Zbog povećanog obima proizvodnje u prethodnoj godini u Fabrici hartije posao je našlo još 10 radnika, a u planu je zapošljanje još nekoliko radnika kada proizvodnja bude organizovana u 4 smene. Prosečna plata je na nivou republičkog proseka I isplaćuje se poslednjeg dana u mesecu.
Osim proizvodne  linije dužine 70 metara I ukupne težine 400 tona  nedavno je u Kini kupljena I montirana nova oprema za proizvodnju  ugaone lajsne koja se takodje uvozi, a koristi se za potrebe prehrambene industrije.
“Ugaone lajsne se koriste za sve industrijske proizvode, posebno za one, koji idu u izvoz, kako ne bi došlo do oštećenja proizvoda.Mi smo mašinu pustili, dali odredjene uzorke I imamo ponude o otkupu celokupne godišnej proizvodnje” , kaže Didanović.
Ove godine Fabrika Hartije obeležava 90 godina postojanja, a matična firma Hizna 30 godina.Na koji način će ovi jubileji biti obeleženi u mnogome  će zavisiti od situacije sa koronavirusom.  Inače, fabrike poput ove u Čačku  postojale su nekada u staroj Jugoslaviji, ali su otišle u stečaj, a mašine isečene i prodate u staro gvožđe.

Uspešno poslovanje fabrike hartije

Fabrika hartije koja posluje kao ogranak firme Hizna iz Mršinaca poslovala je uspešno u prethodnoj godini uprkos problemima sa pandemijom koronavirusa.
Fabrika hartije završila je  2020. godinu  sa ukupnim obimom  proizvodnje od 4000 tona  sivog kartona, što predstavlja povećanje u odnosu na prethodnu 2019. za oko 700 tona. Takodje, I finansijski pokazatelji u poslovanju su bolji za oko 20 % u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. U pogonu fabrike hartije mesečno se proizvedeoko 400 tona  kartona koji se dobija  reciklažom starog otpadnog papira. Sivi karton koristi se u matičnoj firmi u Mršincima za izradu papirne ambalaže.Time je praktično zaokružen proivodni proces od sirovine do finalnog proizvoda.


“ U doba korone sam transport I isporuke su bile otežane , tako da mnogi nisu mogli da se baziraju na uvoz papira iz Italije. Mi smo imali mogućnost da se na vreme preorjentišemo I da proizvodnju papirne ambalaže zasnivamo na našoj proizvodnji kartona, a taj karton proizvodimo od recikliranog starog papira, kartona, papira”, pojašnjava  vlasnik firme Dragi Didanović.
Zbog povećanog obima proizvodnje u prethodnoj godini u Fabrici hartije posao je našlo još 10 radnika, a u planu je zapošljanje još nekoliko radnika kada proizvodnja bude organizovana u 4 smene. Prosečna plata je na nivou republičkog proseka I isplaćuje se poslednjeg dana u mesecu.
Osim proizvodne  linije dužine 70 metara I ukupne težine 400 tona  nedavno je u Kini kupljena I montirana nova oprema za proizvodnju  ugaone lajsne koja se takodje uvozi, a koristi se za potrebe prehrambene industrije.
“Ugaone lajsne se koriste za sve industrijske proizvode, posebno za one, koji idu u izvoz, kako ne bi došlo do oštećenja proizvoda.Mi smo mašinu pustili, dali odredjene uzorke I imamo ponude o otkupu celokupne godišnej proizvodnje” , kaže Didanović.
Ove godine Fabrika Hartije obeležava 90 godina postojanja, a matična firma Hizna 30 godina.Na koji način će ovi jubileji biti obeleženi u mnogome  će zavisiti od situacije sa koronavirusom.  Inače, fabrike poput ove u Čačku  postojale su nekada u staroj Jugoslaviji, ali su otišle u stečaj, a mašine isečene i prodate u staro gvožđe.
