Proleće, po mnogima najlepše godišnje doba, najbolje je vreme da se napravi kratak predah posle duge i hladne zime. Vreme kada se čitava priroda budi i prvo sunce probija kroz oblake treba iskoristiti za odmor na svežem vazduhu, na jednoj od najlepših planina Srbije. Zlatibor je tu da svojom ružom vetrova, mirisom borova i lepotom netaktute prirode učini da se svi posetioci osećaju kao u pravom planinskom raju.

Zaljubljenicima u “zlatnu planinu” već je dobro poznato da će boravak na Zlatiboru zasigurno biti ispunjen različitim aktivnostima. Šetnje i vožnje biciklima do vidikovaca, adrenalinske avanture na kvadovima, poseta Avantura ili Dino parku, jednodnevni izleti do obližnjih atrakcija samo su neke od aktivnosti koje će ulepšati boravak na Zlatiboru.

Najposećenija srpska planina se pored mnoštva atrakcija i aktivnosti može pohvaliti i neverovatnim gastronomskim specijalitetima po kojima je poznat ceo kraj. Zlatiborski gurmanluci pravi su melem i za dušu i za telo, a mi ćemo se potruditi da Vam skrenemo pažnju na nekoliko jela koje morate probati ukoliko na Zlatiboru boravite makar i jedan dan.

Na prvom mestu gastronomskog vodiča kroz Zlatibor zasluženo se nalazi, njeno visočanstvo, komplet lepinja. Savršen spoj vruće lepinje, zlatiborskog kajmaka, domaćih jaja i čuvenog pretopa učiniće da se u komplet lepinju zaljubite na prvi zalogaj. Komplet lepinju možete probati u svim restoranima na Zlatiboru, a najlepša je kada se jede uz domaće kiselo mleko. Još ako ukusan obrok prati i pogled na vrhove Zlatibora, onda je užitak potpun.

Zlatiborsku gastronomsku turu nemoguće je zamisliti bez posete selu Mačkat gde prosto nećete znati šta pre da degustirate. Svinjska ili goveđa pršuta, domaća slanina, i kobasica, čvarci ili ubedljivo najukusnije jagnjeće pečenje koje ste ikada probali, izbor je težak. Uz glavno jelo obavezno je probati domaći ajvar, razvijanu pitu od sira i zelja ili pogačice od heljdinog brašna. Što se tiče posete Mačkatu, jedno sigurno možemo da obećamo, selo ćete napustiti siti i srećni.

Kako nam posetioci koji nisu veliki ljubitelji mesa ne bi previše zamerili, pripremili smo nešto i za njih. Na samo 25 km od centra Zlatibora nalazi se Ljubiš, selo gde se može svežom pastrmkom dobro utoliti glad. Jedan od najpoznatijih ribnjaka pastrmke u zlatiborskom kraju nalazi se upravo ovde, a ambijent nadaleko poznatog restorana Pećinar doprineće da iz rodnog sela Ljubivoja Ršumovića ponesete najlepše utiske.

Mesto koje nikako ne bi smeli da propustite tokom boravka na Zlatiboru je tradicionalna pijaca. Nalazi se u centru naselja, pa su zlatiborski sir, kajmak i suvomesnati proizvodi na dohvat ruke. Pijaca je pravo mesto i za kupovinu slatkog od šumskih jagoda, domaćih džemova, meda i pčelarskih proizvoda, čajeva od lekovitog bilja.

Preporučujemo da gastronomski obilazak Zlatibora završite u ulici koja od pijace vodi ka Kraljvom trgu. Ova ulica je raj za ljubitelje slatkiša jer se na rastojanju od nekoliko stotina metara mogu probati najukusniji palačinci, vafli i sladoledi.

Uz ukusne zalogaje neizostavno ide i provereno dobra domaća rakija šljivovica, koju sa Zlatibora možete poneti kao suvenir. Uz čašicu zlatiborske prepečenice brže će proći vreme do Vašeg sledećeg dolaska na najlepšu srpsku planinu.

Proleće, po mnogima najlepše godišnje doba, najbolje je vreme da se napravi kratak predah posle duge i hladne zime. Vreme kada se čitava priroda budi i prvo sunce probija kroz oblake treba iskoristiti za odmor na svežem vazduhu, na jednoj od najlepših planina Srbije. Zlatibor je tu da svojom ružom vetrova, mirisom borova i lepotom netaktute prirode učini da se svi posetioci osećaju kao u pravom planinskom raju.

Zaljubljenicima u “zlatnu planinu” već je dobro poznato da će boravak na Zlatiboru zasigurno biti ispunjen različitim aktivnostima. Šetnje i vožnje biciklima do vidikovaca, adrenalinske avanture na kvadovima, poseta Avantura ili Dino parku, jednodnevni izleti do obližnjih atrakcija samo su neke od aktivnosti koje će ulepšati boravak na Zlatiboru.

Najposećenija srpska planina se pored mnoštva atrakcija i aktivnosti može pohvaliti i neverovatnim gastronomskim specijalitetima po kojima je poznat ceo kraj. Zlatiborski gurmanluci pravi su melem i za dušu i za telo, a mi ćemo se potruditi da Vam skrenemo pažnju na nekoliko jela koje morate probati ukoliko na Zlatiboru boravite makar i jedan dan.

Na prvom mestu gastronomskog vodiča kroz Zlatibor zasluženo se nalazi, njeno visočanstvo, komplet lepinja. Savršen spoj vruće lepinje, zlatiborskog kajmaka, domaćih jaja i čuvenog pretopa učiniće da se u komplet lepinju zaljubite na prvi zalogaj. Komplet lepinju možete probati u svim restoranima na Zlatiboru, a najlepša je kada se jede uz domaće kiselo mleko. Još ako ukusan obrok prati i pogled na vrhove Zlatibora, onda je užitak potpun.

Zlatiborsku gastronomsku turu nemoguće je zamisliti bez posete selu Mačkat gde prosto nećete znati šta pre da degustirate. Svinjska ili goveđa pršuta, domaća slanina, i kobasica, čvarci ili ubedljivo najukusnije jagnjeće pečenje koje ste ikada probali, izbor je težak. Uz glavno jelo obavezno je probati domaći ajvar, razvijanu pitu od sira i zelja ili pogačice od heljdinog brašna. Što se tiče posete Mačkatu, jedno sigurno možemo da obećamo, selo ćete napustiti siti i srećni.

Kako nam posetioci koji nisu veliki ljubitelji mesa ne bi previše zamerili, pripremili smo nešto i za njih. Na samo 25 km od centra Zlatibora nalazi se Ljubiš, selo gde se može svežom pastrmkom dobro utoliti glad. Jedan od najpoznatijih ribnjaka pastrmke u zlatiborskom kraju nalazi se upravo ovde, a ambijent nadaleko poznatog restorana Pećinar doprineće da iz rodnog sela Ljubivoja Ršumovića ponesete najlepše utiske.

Mesto koje nikako ne bi smeli da propustite tokom boravka na Zlatiboru je tradicionalna pijaca. Nalazi se u centru naselja, pa su zlatiborski sir, kajmak i suvomesnati proizvodi na dohvat ruke. Pijaca je pravo mesto i za kupovinu slatkog od šumskih jagoda, domaćih džemova, meda i pčelarskih proizvoda, čajeva od lekovitog bilja.

Preporučujemo da gastronomski obilazak Zlatibora završite u ulici koja od pijace vodi ka Kraljvom trgu. Ova ulica je raj za ljubitelje slatkiša jer se na rastojanju od nekoliko stotina metara mogu probati najukusniji palačinci, vafli i sladoledi.

Uz ukusne zalogaje neizostavno ide i provereno dobra domaća rakija šljivovica, koju sa Zlatibora možete poneti kao suvenir. Uz čašicu zlatiborske prepečenice brže će proći vreme do Vašeg sledećeg dolaska na najlepšu srpsku planinu.
