Crna Gora je od ponoći otvorila granicu za građane Srbije, Bosne i Hercegovine, Albanije, ali i za državljane Severne Makedonije i SAD. Uslov za ulazak u zemlju je negativan pi-si-ar ili pozitivan rezultat antitiela na novi koronavirus dobijen Elisa serološkim testom, ne stariji od 72 sata. Od ponoći do sedam sati prošlo tek oko dvadesetak automobila i to samo oni sa ranije pribavljenim specijalnim dozvolama. Do sedam sati nije bilo moguće preći prelaz Dobrakovo zbog toga što se čekao dolazak sanitarnog inspektora koji kontroliše sve testove, javio je reporter RTS-a. Nacionalno koordinaciono telo za zarazne bolesti Crne Gore odlučilo je da otvori granice za državljane zemalja regiona i SADuz određene uslove, uz negativan pi-si-ar ili serološki Elisa test. Obaveza posedovanja testa ne odnosi se na decu mlađu od pet godina, navodi se u saopštenju NKT. Uslov za ulazak građana iz navedenih zemalja jeste i da u periodu od 15 dana pre ulaska u Crnu Goru nisu boravili u nekoj od država iz kojih nije dozvoljen ulazak u Crnu Goru. U Srbiji je moguće obaviti serološke i pi-si-ar testove na lični zahtev građana. Cene su 1.200 dinara za serološki test i 6.000 za pi-si-ar test. Montenegroerlajns najavljuje da će od 19. avgusta obnoviti avio-liniju sa Srbijom. Leteće se dva puta dnevno iz Beograda ka Podgorici i Tivtu. U skladu sa stabilizacijom epidemiološke situacije u Crnoj Gori je produžen rad ugostiteljskih objekata do jedan sat iza ponoći.
