U avgustu mesecu prošle godine započeti su radovi na izgradnji replike neolitskog naselja na lokalitetu Staparske Banje, nedaleko od Užica. Zbog epidemije korona virusa i vanredne situacije, radovi će biti neznatno produženi i u oktobru mesecu očekuje se početak rada ovog arheološkog parka. Izgradnja ovog naselja deo je projekta prekograniočne saradnje “Neolife“ koji finansira Evropska Unija, a čiji je cilj unapredjenje, razvoj i promocija zajedničkog kulturno-istorijskog nasledja Bosne i Hercegovine i Srbije. Ovaj arheološki park treba da ima edukativno-obrazovnu funkciju kroz animaciju posetilaca. U gradu Tuzli kao jednom od parntera na projektu „Neolife“, već postoji sojeničko naselje „Panonika“, za koje projekat predvidja detaljnu rekonstrukciju. Gradu Užicu najbliži i najatraktivniji lokalitet iz neolitskog perioda je uzvišenje Staparska Gradina. “Analizam lokaliteta ustanovili smo da nije baš najracionalnije raditi rekonstrukciju na samom lokalitetu jer bi bilo potrebno mnogo sredstava da se uradi prilaz do Staparske Gradine, da ga konzerviramo, da dobijemo sve potrebne dozvole, pa su grad Užice i Regionalna razvojna agencija Zlatibor, kao nosioci projekta, doneli odluku da se replika naselja radi u neposrednoj blizini, na lokalitetu Staparske Banje, da se na jedan način ovaj prostor oplemeni i s druge strane da se učini pristupnijim građanima Užica“, objašnjava Miroslav Ivanović, menadžer projketa Po dobijanju svih dozvola na lokalitetu Staparske Banje, počela je izgradnja replike neolitskog naselja, uz saradnju i poštovanje svih preporuka struke. “Ovo neolitsko naselje, odnosno njegova replika, imaće šest objekata, pet iz perioda neolita, pri čemu su četiri standardne kuće pokrivene slamom, šindrom, oblepljene blatom i jedna je poluzemunica koju je koristio neolitski čovek. Šesti objekat je interesantan jer potiče iz kasnijeg bronzanog perioda I gradjen je od kamena. Upravo u skladu sa tim rasporedom objekata i njihovim izgledom, prema ideji projektnog tima, prvih pet objekata iz doba neolita biće deo muzejske postavke, gde će se kompletno urediti eksterijer i enterijer u stilu života neolitskog čoveka, a kameni, najveći objekat će se koristititi za demonstraciju života neolitskog čoveka u zatvorenom,” navodi dalje menadžer projekta, Miroslav Ivanović. Na izgradnji ovog arheološkog parka u Staparskoj Banji grad Užice obezbedio je sve infrastrukturne uslove, kako na samom lokalitetu tako i prlaznim putevima. “Investicija grada Užica na ovom lokalitetu je kompletno sredjivanje infrastruktiurnih preduslova za realizaciju ovog projekta, kanalizacija, voda, stuja. Iz budžeta su izdvojena sredstav za ove namene oko 6 miliona dinara. U toku su radovi na obezbedjenju telefonske i internet mreže. Važna investicija, a neposredno se odnosi na ovaj project je i kompletno asfaltiranje puta do Staparske Banje u dužini od 5 kilometara, kao i kopmletno sredjivanje biciklištičke staze na ovom putu,” navodi Nikola Maksimović, direktor JP “Užice razvoj”. Poštujući preporuke projektnog tima, sav martijal koji se koristi prilikom izgradnje ovog neolitskog naselja je iz lokalnih resurasa, pa i majstori koji naselje grade su iz ovdašnjih krajeva, upravo oni koji čuvaju stare zanate, a što sve doprinosi idejnoj zamisli projekta, da se dobije autentični lokalitet ovog kraja.
