U junu mesecu učenici završnih
radzreda osnovnih i srednjih škola nalaze se pred važnom životnom odlukom
odabira škole za upis i buduće profesionalno usmerenje. U Nacionalnoj službi za
zapoljavanje, u Službi za planiranje profesionalne karije, pored individulanih razgovora koji mogu razjasniti brojne dileme
učenika, mogu se se dobiti i brojne korisne informacije značajne za odabir
budućeg zanimanja. I pored brojnih dilema za učenike završnih razreda osnovnih i srednjih škola u izboru budućeg zanimanja, od pitanja sklonosti do finansijskog momenta, savetnici za planiranje profesionalne karijere u Nacionalnoj službi za zapošljavanje ističu da, učenici uz podršku roditelja, ovu važnu životnu odluku treba pre svega da donesu, narodski rečeno “hladne glave”. “Jedna od prvih stvari koje ističemo na individualnim
razgovorima za učenike koji dolaze na
savetovanje kod nas pre upisa u željenu
školu, a kako bi dobili još neke bitne i
relevantne informacije, jeste i činjenica da ova odluka nije za njih kraj, ma
koliko bila važna i ne mora da bude
presudna u životu. Nije kraj svega, ako u ovom trenutku ne upišu željenu školu.
Postoje brojni načini koje mi takodje ovde razradjujemo da se taj problem reši.
Nije narodski rečeno smak veta i svaki problem se da reštiti. Vrlo je važno
odluku doneti “hladne glave”, ističe Dubravka Smiljanić, savetnik za planiranje
karijere u Nacionalnoj službi za zapošljavanje filijale Užice. Jedna od najčešćih dilema u odabiru škole jeste “zanat
u rukama” ili gimnazija, koja u
opšteobrazovnom smislu u školskom sistemu daje naširi spektar obrazovanja. „U gimnaziji učenici dobijaju najšire opšte obrazovanje i u tom uzrastu,
smatram, to je i najvažnije obrazovanje. Nekada je u tom uzrastu teško
izdefinisti mnoge činjenice, pa je gimnazija dobar izbor u smislu širine
obrazovanja i najšire platfome za nastavak školovanja, posebno sa uvodjem
Nacionalne mature i prednosti koje ona donosi”, kaže Vukadin Simović, direktor
Gimnazije u Užicu. Direktor užičke Tehničke škole, Dragan Tucaković, u ovom kontekstu citira reči poznatog užičkog privrednika. “Završio sam Šumarski fakultet, odsek prerade drveta,
a sada kada sam vlasnik fabrike, da bi bio dobar i uspešan, morao sam da
završim zanat.” Jedno ili drugo tek savremeni
trendovi na tržištu rada zahtevaju konstantno usavršavanje. „Često učenici kada dolaze na profesionalno
savetovanje bivaju razočarani kada im kažem da učenje neće završiti završetkom škole.
Tehnološke promene su toliko intezivne da kontinuirano učenje postaje prioritet.
Poslodavci više ne traže samo formalno obrazovanje i vrlo često presudne
mogu da budu takozvane „meke veštine“ i ono što se zove dodatno i neformalno
obrazovanje, veštine snalaženja, timskog rada, sposobnost korišćenja
informacija i usvojena nova znanja“,
ističe savetnica za planiranje karijere u Nacionalnoj službi
za zapošljavanje filijale Užice, Dubravka Smiljanić. Uz uvažavanje svih činjenica, od
sklonosti učenika prema odredjenim profesijama, pa sve do preporuke i podrške
roditelja, individualni razgovoru sa stručnjacima i savetnicima u planiranju
karijere u Nacionalnoj službi za
zapšljavanje, pred konačnu odluku, vrlo često mogu dati i presudne smernice o
upisu na odredejne škole, pa onda i
