U trenutku kada se prešlo na onlajn nastavu, zbog epidemije korona virusa, postavilo se pitanje kako završiti školsku godinu – dok će se gradivo nekako i nadoknaditi lekcijama “na mreži”, veliko je pitanje bilo kako će se ocene zaključivati. Ministarstvo prosvete izmenilo je pravilnik, pa za zaključivanje ocena više nije potrebno da učenik u dnevniku ima najmanje četiri (za neke predmete dve) ocene u polugodištu, već je dovoljna i samo jedna. Dakle, ako je đak dobio jednu ocenu pre nego što su škole bile fizički zatvorene, ta ocena dovoljna je za zaključivanje. Ipak, predviđeno je ocenjivanje i tokom onlajn nastave, tako da će u praksi učenici, ipak, imati više ocena. I važna napomena je da ovo pravilo važi isključivo u situacijama popot ove koja nas je sada zadesila – koja ugrožava zdravlje učenika i nastavnika. – Izmenama Pravilnika o ocenjivanju u osnovnim i srednjim školama, nije propisana donja granica koliko ocena učenik treba da dobije u toku polugodišta, pa je moguće da nastavnik oceni đake samo jednom ocenom i da se na osnovu te izvede zaključna – navode u Ministarstvu prosvete. “Učeniku koji nije ocenjen najmanje četiri puta iz obaveznog predmeta i izbornog programa drugi strani jezik u toku polugodišta, odnosno najmanje dva puta u toku polugodišta ukoliko je nedeljni fond obaveznog predmeta, izbornog programa i aktivnosti jedan čas, ne može da se utvrdi zaključna ocena, izuzev u slučaju kada zbog ugroženosti bezbednosti i zdravlja učenika i zaposlenih nije moguće oceniti učenika potreban broj puta”, deo je Pravilnika na osnovu koga će se deci zaključivati ocene. Iz Ministarstva poručuju da iz srpskog jezika i matematike učenici svakodnevno imaju obavezu da rade domaće zadatke, a samim tim i da dobiju i po dve ocene. Iz predmeta čiji je nedeljni fond jedan ili dva časa, nastavnici mogu u dnevnik da upišu jednu do dve ocene do kraja školske godine. – Brojčane ocene mogu se dobiti za domaće zadatke, aktivnost, provere znanja i bitno je da deca dobiju najmanje po jednu ocenu. Ministarstvo prosvete pronašlo je najoptimalnije rešenje za zaključivanje ocena. Potrebno je istaći da se prema pravilniku o ocenjivanju zaključna ocena utvrđuje na osnovu svih pojedinačnih ocena koje su unete u dnevnik od početka školske godine i zaključna ocena ne može da bude veća od najveće pojedinačne ocene upisane u dnevnik – dodaju u Ministarstvu.
