Od početka  uvođenja vanrednog stanja usled pandemije korona virusa jedna od prvih aktivnosti  Kriznog štaba grada Čačka bila je otvranje kol  centara kako bi i na ovoj način pružili podršku osetljivim kategorijama stanovništa. Psiholozii kažu da se građani svakodnevno javljaju, poručuju da je strah u ovoj za sve nas novoj situaciji normalan, ali da je važno da angažujemo sve svoje potencijale kako bi iz svega ovoga  izašli kao pobednici.

Najosetljiviji  u ovom periodu  su oni koji teško podnose izolaciju. Primetne su i promene raspoloženja kod svih slojeva stanovništa  i nedostatak pažnje kako kod starijih tako i kod dece. Na mladima  je  da se naviknu na nove oblike učenja, a ono što je sigurno  je da im nedostaje živa reč.

,, Jedan od  dobrih primera su i vežbe koje mogu da utiču na koncentraciju, kao što je brojanje unazad od 100 do jedan , a naredni dan pređi na složenije tri broja unazad”, rekla je psiholog,  Katarina Dunjić  Mandić .

Psihosocijalna podrška građanima u okviru kol centra grada Čačka dostupna je od 10-18 časova svakoga dana u okviru koga  volontira osam volontera,  a takođe i u Domu zdravlja. Ovo vreme ima i dobre strane, da naučimo nešto novo, da vidimo koliko smo jaki jer ono što je sigurno da  posle pandemije ceo svet  biće  drugačiji.

Od početka  uvođenja vanrednog stanja usled pandemije korona virusa jedna od prvih aktivnosti  Kriznog štaba grada Čačka bila je otvranje kol  centara kako bi i na ovoj način pružili podršku osetljivim kategorijama stanovništa. Psiholozii kažu da se građani svakodnevno javljaju, poručuju da je strah u ovoj za sve nas novoj situaciji normalan, ali da je važno da angažujemo sve svoje potencijale kako bi iz svega ovoga  izašli kao pobednici.

Najosetljiviji  u ovom periodu  su oni koji teško podnose izolaciju. Primetne su i promene raspoloženja kod svih slojeva stanovništa  i nedostatak pažnje kako kod starijih tako i kod dece. Na mladima  je  da se naviknu na nove oblike učenja, a ono što je sigurno  je da im nedostaje živa reč.

,, Jedan od  dobrih primera su i vežbe koje mogu da utiču na koncentraciju, kao što je brojanje unazad od 100 do jedan , a naredni dan pređi na složenije tri broja unazad”, rekla je psiholog,  Katarina Dunjić  Mandić .

Psihosocijalna podrška građanima u okviru kol centra grada Čačka dostupna je od 10-18 časova svakoga dana u okviru koga  volontira osam volontera,  a takođe i u Domu zdravlja. Ovo vreme ima i dobre strane, da naučimo nešto novo, da vidimo koliko smo jaki jer ono što je sigurno da  posle pandemije ceo svet  biće  drugačiji.
