Košarkaši Sakramenta savladali su na gostovanju Finiks sa 114:103, a najefikasniji u pobedničkom timu su bili Dearon Foks i Nemanja Bjelica. Naš drugi internacionalac u timu Sakramenta Bogdan Bogdanović nije ulazio u igru. Tokom prvog poluvremena je većinom vođena ravnopravna borba, a meč je razrešen u finišu drugog poluvremena kada je gostujući tim posle vođstva domaćina uspeo da načini rezultatski preokret i dođe do pobede. Pobednički tim predvodili su Dearon Foks i Nemanja Bjelica. Foks je ubacio 27 poena uz četiri skoka i šest asistemcija, a Nemanja Bjalica je postigao 19 poena uz sedam skokova, jednu asistenciju i tri ukradene lopte. Naš drugi internacionalac u timu pobednika Bogdan Bogdanović nije ulazio u igru. U poraženom timu najefikasniji Devin Buker je postigao 34 poena uz četiri skoka i sedam asistencija. Pratio ga je Deandre Ejton 21 poenom, devet skokova i dve asistencije, a Dario Šarić je za 18 minuta ubacio pet poena i dodao četiri skoka uz jednu asistenciju. U prvim mečevima odigranim sunoć u NBA ligi do pobede su na sjajan način i dramatičan način došli i timovi Portlanda, Detroita i Oklahome. Košarkaši Portlanda u poslednjim momentima meča savladali su kao gosti Toronto i slavili rezultatom 101:99, a koš za pobedu postigao je Karmelo Entoni. Preokretom je do pobede na gostovanju došao i Detroit koji je bio bolji od Klivlenda 115:113. Klivlend je vodio tokom gotovo celog meča, a onda su gosti u samom finišu meča došli do izjednačenja da bi tesnu pobedu gostiju potvrdio sekund pre kraja meča Andre Dramond sa linije za slobodna bacanja. Oklahoma je na gostovanju nadigrala Bruklin sa 103:111 posle takođe dramatičnog produžetka, a Ekipa Memfisa savladala je na svom parketu Minesotu sa 119:112 iako srpski košarkaš Marko Gudurić nije ulazio u igru.
