Od sledeće školske godine u Mašinsko-saobraćajnoj školi zaživeće novi smer po dualnom sistemu obrazovanja – modni krojač, koji će trajati četiri godine, umesto dosadašnjeg koji traje tri. Kako je saopšteno na okruglom stolu u Čačku koji je organizovala Regionalna privredna komora Moravičkog i Raškog upravnog okruga u saradnji sa Ministarstvom prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja i Grada Čačka, to je rezultat potreba kako bi se učenici stekli nova znanja ali i omogućio nastavak školovanja ka fakultetima.

„Modni krojač je bio trogodišnji profil ali od naredne godine to će biti profil za četvorogodišnje obrazovanje i to je nešto što zovemo modernizacijon u okviru tekstilne industrije. Smer će biti savremeniji, uključiće neke elemente koje nije imao modni krojač u trogodišnjem orazovanju, i odgovoriti na neke nove izazove. Takođe, deci će biti omogućeno da nastave studije na nekom srodnom fakultetu kojima će takođe biti omogućeno da imaju smerove po dualu”, najavljuje Gabrijela Grujić, pomoćnica ministra prosvete.

Dosadašnja iskustva firme Tifany prodiction sa dualnim obrazovanjem su odlični, deca su pokazala veliku zanteresovanost, ali se nastavlja sa osavremenjavanjem smera.

„Postoje potrebe nadogradnje, i novina je da će od sledćee godine postojati dualni smer modni krojač koji će trajati četiri godine. To daje mogućnost deci da dodatno napreuduju, steknu nova znanja. Deca će nakon završetka moći da nastave studiranje ako budu imali takve afinitete i da upišu neke smerove koji će takođe biti po dualu. Oni koji budu želeli da se zaposle moći će da rade u kompanijama kao i do sada”, kaže Tamara Karapandžić iz firme Tifany prodiction.

Direktor Mašinsko-saobraćajne škole Mirko Lazović kaže da se polako menja svest roditelja kada su u pitanju zanati, što potvrđuje ovogodišnji upis kada su u školi, već u prvom upisnom roku, upisani svi zanatski smerovi. Kako je rekao Lazović, škola je sa svoje strane učinila sve da se opreme kabineti i postignu dogovori da uspešnim kompanijama gde će deca obavljati praksu.

Nemci i Grad Čačak opremili dva kabineta u Mašinsko-saobraćajnoj školi

„Imamo odlične uslove u školi i dobro smo povezani sa firmama. Zakon o dualnom sistemu obrazovanja stupio je na snagu 1. septembra i stvaraju se materijalne obaveze privrede prema učenicima. Kod tekstilaca nema problema, ali voleo bih da se slična situacija širi i kod mšinske i saobraćajne struke. Do sada imamo samo pozitivna iskustva”, rekao je Lazović.

Mirjana Kovačević, rukovodilac Centra za edukaciju i dualno obrazovanje PKS kaže da je u celoj Srbiji dualno obrazovanje zaživelo u oko 80 škola sa oko 5.000 učenika i da učestvuje 800 kompanija koje podržavaju realizaciju 35 obrazovnih profila po dualnom modelu.

„Razvijamo smerove koji podržavaju razvoj privede i koji su potrebni privredi. To omogućava bolju zapošljivost mladih ljudi i uopšte lakši razvoj njihove karijere. Privreda će ispuniti sve obaveze po Zakonu o dualnom obrazovanju koji je usvojen 2017. godine i u septembru je počela njegova puna primena. U toku je akreditacija kompanija i provera njihovih ispunjenosti uslova da učestvuju u dualnom sistemu obrazovanja. Očekujem da će oko 400 kompanija biti akreditovamo. Jedna od njihovih obaveza jeste i materijalno i finansijsko obeštećenje učenika koji su u dualnom obrazovanju i privrednici će to poštovati”, kaže Mirjana Kovačević.

Gradonačelnik Čačka Milun Todorović ponovio je da će Grad sa svoje strane pomagati školama da opreme kabinete savremenim nastavnim učilima kako bi se stvorili uslovi za kvalitetno održavanje prakse. Izrazio je je očekivanje da će početkom proizvodnje u Forverku, sredinom oktobra, i čačanski studenti FTN, Visoke škole i Agronomskog fakulteta dobiti mogućnost da stiču znanja po dualu u ovoj kompaniji.

Dosadašnja iskustva firme Tifany prodiction sa dualnim obrazovanjem su odlični, deca su pokazala veliku zanteresovanost, ali se nastavlja sa osavremenjavanjem smera.

„Postoje potrebe nadogradnje, i novina je da će od sledćee godine postojati dualni smer modni krojač koji će trajati četiri godine. To daje mogućnost deci da dodatno napreuduju, steknu nova znanja. Deca će nakon završetka moći da nastave studiranje ako budu imali takve afinitete i da upišu neke smerove koji će takođe biti po dualu. Oni koji budu želeli da se zaposle moći će da rade u kompanijama kao i do sada”, kaže Tamara Karapandžić iz firme Tifany prodiction.

Direktor Mašinsko-saobraćajne škole Mirko Lazović kaže da se polako menja svest roditelja kada su u pitanju zanati, što potvrđuje ovogodišnji upis kada su u školi, već u prvom upisnom roku, upisani svi zanatski smerovi. Kako je rekao Lazović, škola je sa svoje strane učinila sve da se opreme kabineti i postignu dogovori da uspešnim kompanijama gde će deca obavljati praksu.

Nemci i Grad Čačak opremili dva kabineta u Mašinsko-saobraćajnoj školi

„Imamo odlične uslove u školi i dobro smo povezani sa firmama. Zakon o dualnom sistemu obrazovanja stupio je na snagu 1. septembra i stvaraju se materijalne obaveze privrede prema učenicima. Kod tekstilaca nema problema, ali voleo bih da se slična situacija širi i kod mšinske i saobraćajne struke. Do sada imamo samo pozitivna iskustva”, rekao je Lazović.

Mirjana Kovačević, rukovodilac Centra za edukaciju i dualno obrazovanje PKS kaže da je u celoj Srbiji dualno obrazovanje zaživelo u oko 80 škola sa oko 5.000 učenika i da učestvuje 800 kompanija koje podržavaju realizaciju 35 obrazovnih profila po dualnom modelu.

„Razvijamo smerove koji podržavaju razvoj privede i koji su potrebni privredi. To omogućava bolju zapošljivost mladih ljudi i uopšte lakši razvoj njihove karijere. Privreda će ispuniti sve obaveze po Zakonu o dualnom obrazovanju koji je usvojen 2017. godine i u septembru je počela njegova puna primena. U toku je akreditacija kompanija i provera njihovih ispunjenosti uslova da učestvuju u dualnom sistemu obrazovanja. Očekujem da će oko 400 kompanija biti akreditovamo. Jedna od njihovih obaveza jeste i materijalno i finansijsko obeštećenje učenika koji su u dualnom obrazovanju i privrednici će to poštovati”, kaže Mirjana Kovačević.

Gradonačelnik Čačka Milun Todorović ponovio je da će Grad sa svoje strane pomagati školama da opreme kabinete savremenim nastavnim učilima kako bi se stvorili uslovi za kvalitetno održavanje prakse. Izrazio je je očekivanje da će početkom proizvodnje u Forverku, sredinom oktobra, i čačanski studenti FTN, Visoke škole i Agronomskog fakulteta dobiti mogućnost da stiču znanja po dualu u ovoj kompaniji.
