Obogaćeni jednosmenski rad u OŠ „Slobodan Sekulić” u Užicu

Od nove školske godine oko 200 škola u celoj Srbiji biće uključene u pilot projekat Ministarstva prosvete jednosmenske nastave, odnosno stručno, „Jednosmenske organizacije rada ustanove s ciljem pružanja dodatne obrazovno-vaspitne podrške u učenju i razvoju učenika”. Od pet osnovnih škola u Užicu u ovaj projekat za sada je uključena Osnovna škola „Slobodan Sekulić”. U prvoj pilot fazi, u novi koncept nastave uključeni su učenici trećeg i petog razreda ove škole.

Osnovna škola „Slobodan Sekulić“ pionir je u brojnim novinama, primeni novih, savremenih standarada, prva je osnovna škola u Užicu u kojoj je uveden elektronski dnevnik, pa su i takozvani „obogaćeni jednosmenski rad“ prihvatili kao još jedan novi izazov.

„Izazov je zato što „jednosmenski obogaćeni rad“ jeste kategorija koja je još uvek praktično nepoznata. Postoji celodnevna nastava koja je obavezna za sve đake, a ovaj novi koncept praktično predviđa nastavni rad u jednoj smeni nakon čega bi se deca, po anketiranju i sopstvenom određenju, opredelila za neku vrstu vannastavne aktivnosti u školi”, navodi Sofija Srndaćević, profesor razredne nastave u OŠ „Slobodan Sekulić“, koja je deo stručnog tima za kreiranje i realizaciju ovog novog koncepta nastave.

Za sada su u pilot projekat jedosmenske nastave u osnovnoj školi „Slobodan Sekulić” uključeni učenici trećeg i petog razreda.

„Ni mi nismo mogli, pre svega zbog prostornih kapaciteta da realizujemo ovaj novi koncept nastave u celoj školi. Već smo, međutim, razgovarali i sa predstavnicima grada i sa nadležnim ministarstvom da se pronađu mogućnosti, pre svega da se dograde neke nove učionice, kako bi smo, već od sledeće godine mogli sve učenike da uključimo u ovaj projekata“, kaže Aleksandar Urošević, direktor Osnovne škole „Slobodan Sekulić“.

Prema konceptu jednosmenske obogaćene nastave ideja je da se učenicima, nakon redovne nastave i obezbeđenog obroka u školi ponude dobro osmišljene aktivnosti koje će biti u funkciji njihovog kompetnog razvoja. Strategija projekta predviđa dopunski rad za đake u kome je o osmišljeno više od 50 sadržaja.

„U određivanju aktivnosti koje smo ponudili učenicima vodili smo računa da budu pre svega uključene tzv. “kompentencije za celoživotno učenje”, odnosno povezivanje sadržaja nastavnih predmeta kroz aktivnosti kojima će se deca baviti posle redovne nastave, uz predhodno stručno dobro osmišljene sadržaje. Naravno da očekujemo da će se deca u velikom broju izjasniti i za brojne sportske aktivnosti koje su im ponuđene”, dodaje Sofija Srndaćević.

Rezultati ankete koja je među učenicima trećeg i petog razreda urađena već prvog dana škole očekuju se do 15. seprtembra kada će u ovoj školi i praktično početi da se primenjuje novi koncept nastave. Na prvom polugodištu će stručni timovi u školi napraviti i prvi presek i analizu prvih rezultata i opravdanosti projekta obogaćane jednosmenske nastave.

Obogaćeni jednosmenski rad u OŠ „Slobodan Sekulić” u Užicu

Od nove školske godine oko 200 škola u celoj Srbiji biće uključene u pilot projekat Ministarstva prosvete jednosmenske nastave, odnosno stručno, „Jednosmenske organizacije rada ustanove s ciljem pružanja dodatne obrazovno-vaspitne podrške u učenju i razvoju učenika”. Od pet osnovnih škola u Užicu u ovaj projekat za sada je uključena Osnovna škola „Slobodan Sekulić”. U prvoj pilot fazi, u novi koncept nastave uključeni su učenici trećeg i petog razreda ove škole.

Osnovna škola „Slobodan Sekulić“ pionir je u brojnim novinama, primeni novih, savremenih standarada, prva je osnovna škola u Užicu u kojoj je uveden elektronski dnevnik, pa su i takozvani „obogaćeni jednosmenski rad“ prihvatili kao još jedan novi izazov.

„Izazov je zato što „jednosmenski obogaćeni rad“ jeste kategorija koja je još uvek praktično nepoznata. Postoji celodnevna nastava koja je obavezna za sve đake, a ovaj novi koncept praktično predviđa nastavni rad u jednoj smeni nakon čega bi se deca, po anketiranju i sopstvenom određenju, opredelila za neku vrstu vannastavne aktivnosti u školi”, navodi Sofija Srndaćević, profesor razredne nastave u OŠ „Slobodan Sekulić“, koja je deo stručnog tima za kreiranje i realizaciju ovog novog koncepta nastave.

Za sada su u pilot projekat jedosmenske nastave u osnovnoj školi „Slobodan Sekulić” uključeni učenici trećeg i petog razreda.

„Ni mi nismo mogli, pre svega zbog prostornih kapaciteta da realizujemo ovaj novi koncept nastave u celoj školi. Već smo, međutim, razgovarali i sa predstavnicima grada i sa nadležnim ministarstvom da se pronađu mogućnosti, pre svega da se dograde neke nove učionice, kako bi smo, već od sledeće godine mogli sve učenike da uključimo u ovaj projekata“, kaže Aleksandar Urošević, direktor Osnovne škole „Slobodan Sekulić“.

Prema konceptu jednosmenske obogaćene nastave ideja je da se učenicima, nakon redovne nastave i obezbeđenog obroka u školi ponude dobro osmišljene aktivnosti koje će biti u funkciji njihovog kompetnog razvoja. Strategija projekta predviđa dopunski rad za đake u kome je o osmišljeno više od 50 sadržaja.

„U određivanju aktivnosti koje smo ponudili učenicima vodili smo računa da budu pre svega uključene tzv. “kompentencije za celoživotno učenje”, odnosno povezivanje sadržaja nastavnih predmeta kroz aktivnosti kojima će se deca baviti posle redovne nastave, uz predhodno stručno dobro osmišljene sadržaje. Naravno da očekujemo da će se deca u velikom broju izjasniti i za brojne sportske aktivnosti koje su im ponuđene”, dodaje Sofija Srndaćević.

Rezultati ankete koja je među učenicima trećeg i petog razreda urađena već prvog dana škole očekuju se do 15. seprtembra kada će u ovoj školi i praktično početi da se primenjuje novi koncept nastave. Na prvom polugodištu će stručni timovi u školi napraviti i prvi presek i analizu prvih rezultata i opravdanosti projekta obogaćane jednosmenske nastave.
