Predlog Zakona o izgradnji puta Pojate-Preljina ušao je u skupštinsku proceduru, a iz njega se vidi da se nije daleko stiglo u pripremama za ovaj projekat, koji se planira od 2010. godine, piše Nova ekonomija. Kako se navodi u nacrtu, idejni projekat za deonicu Moravskog koridora Pojate-Kruševac (Koševi) je usvojen na Republičkoj revizionoj komisiji. Međutim, deonica Kruševac – Adrani je najkompleksnija i trenutno se paralelno radi na Studiji opravdanosti sa idejnim projektom i izmenama prostornog plana. Planirani završetak izrade ove dokumentacije je do kraja juna, a potom sledi usvajanje na Vladi u julu, i izdavanje lokacijskih uslova i završetak idejnog projekta do septembra/oktobra 2019. godine. Za poslednju deonicu, Adrani – Mrčajevci – Preljina, u toku je pribavljanje novih lokacijskih uslova i očekuje se da taj posao bude gotov u junu, nakon čega je planirano usvajanje Idejnog projekta na Republičkoj revizionoj komisiju u julu ove godine. Planiranje izgradnje ovog koridora počelo je 2010. godine, ali su nakon majskih polava 2014. stupili na snagu novi propisi, pa je bilo neophodno primeniti sve najnovije standarde u oblasti vodozaštite, izmeniti prvobitnu trasu autoputa i predvideti dodatne mere zaštite budućeg autoputa koji prolazi kroz plavno područje Zapadne Morave i njenih pritoka. Vlada Srbije donela je odluku da obrazuje radnu grupu za realizaciju projekta Moravski koridor, deonica Pojate – Preljina, 2017. godine.Zakonom se predviđa i eksproprijacija zemljišta radi izgradnje autoputa, a cena ne može biti niža od tržišne, navodi se u nacrtu. Prema izveštajima medija eksproprijacija je već krenula u okolini Kruševca, a krajem aprila bilo je doneto tridesetak od 2.100 rešenja. Za kvadratni metar poljoprivrednog zemljišta plaćalo se 200 dinara. Cena izgradnje autoputa Pojate – Preljina biće 800 miliona evra a memorandum za ovaj posao potpisan je sa američkom kompanijom Behtel.
